this helped so much, was trying to see how to save my duroc pork chop from the freezer. I had started boiling it but wasn't sure if cooking it on the skillet would help save it either until i saw your video i thought it was ingenious to airfry it. So what i did was take em out after it was boiled well enough (had put spices/oil in water) then cut it em up in small pieces and then put in bowl the spices i wanted and then mix em up with the meat and then poured my sauces to mix as well and then air fried it for 10 mins and it came out crispy tender good!
