great progress, but your arms are bent at almost all the clips, including the last clip. you need to do way more leans and straight arm work. I strongly believe you can get to the planche just by doing leans alone, and focus on keeping your arms straight in the leans.

Bro fr, you physically cannot progress to full planche in just 200 plus days professional athletes took about 2 to 3 years to achieve full planche 😂 guy in the video doing more of a 90 degree hold or half Planche and took me like a month it's pretty easy
@@SillyDwarf__ nah i disagree, i think if you focus on only the planche, and cut the bodybuilding stuff or whatever other routine you got, you will progress alot quicker in the planche. Professional gymnasts/SW focus on many other elements and planche is just one of them. Easily achievable in under a year, and honestly looking at the planche regime of others made me realise that many programs are very inefficient.
@@shawn-8077 bro ☠️ I'm not a bodybuilder I've been doing calisthenics over a year now.... It's true that gymnastics tend to learn planche quicker but you really forgot that they often start training a such a young age it's better to start that way. And you CANT have full planche in 30 days that's physically impossible..it all depends on the genetics and body type....you don't know shit about calisthenics lil bro it's really NOT THAT SIMPLE (edit you can see this athlete struggling alot to keep his arms straight and his scapula protracted which shows how difficult it is)
