hello how do you align the compass in your inav setup? you have to set where is the north for the M100 compass. your setup is special with a compass fixed at 45°/ quad axis
Hello &b Thx for reading & Hopefully responding.. I have 2 questions, If you dont mind... 1 - I have the Exact same SB F7V3 FC Stack (w/50A ESC) and unfortunately used the modular option when connecting the M100-5883 to my F7 FC. And after watching ur video, I saw Ur unit has the Red & Blue LED's lighting up upon plugging ur Quad into your battery... I am now trying to figure out if one of the clips came loose or broke during the install, resulting in BF not seeing the GPS, and the LEDs not lighting up either..... Upon firing up the GPS, I was curious as to if BF immediately saw the GPS, or if you had to configure it 1st, in order for it to power-up and work accordingly???? In the event some shiete did come loose. Im going to soldeer the 6 leads accordingly and call it a day!! Hopefully at that point my Module will light up, and I can continue configuring and FINALLY get off the ground.. 2 - I also would LOVE to use the iNav Software!!! But Im skeptical as to when to install it, If I should set up everything in BF 1st, and once everything is working, then install iNav, and go from there... Any HELP or Input you could share with me, Id be Greatly Appreciated!!!
And as to a Quick Follow up on why My M100-5883 NON-Mini GPS didnt power up once everything was hooked up and ready to go!! Well I pulled everything apart and did a continuity check from the GPS 6 wire plug on the FC side, To the plug that connects to the GPS module itself.. And all Pins checked out and had continuity on all 6 from the FC side to the actual pads on the top side of the GPS itself.. One thing I found very weird, Was the Power and ground coming outta FC had the Power on Pin 5 and the ground on Pin 6. But on the GPS side the Ground was on Pin 1 and the power was on pin2 . So I just reversed the 2 wires on the FC side, and she powered right up... Weird, I dont think I grabbed a different harness plug, Only bc Ive never had any 6 wire plugs before this install. Maybe I was given a harness and the 2 wires were reversed??? I Dunno... Which goes to show everyone, Always solder when you have the ability too... Hope I hear from you in regards to iNav..... -Thanks Again
Hi you need to configure... In ports tab u need to enable gps on uart where you soldered gps and then in configuration tab enable gps and protocol to ublox
My module overheats. I am using BF 4.4.5 but i am not using sda and scl pins . I use only RX and TX pins. The gps powers on and seems to work fine but overheats and not showing location in configurator in gps tab. The led blink when it getting sattelites but i am not seeing in gps tab in configurator.
I can see it is available only on HGLRC site (is it available in india?) .......can you please share the purchase link Appreciate your help ! Nice work BTW😊👏
Can you show in screenshot the board and sensor alignment on inav of your gps
Did you figure what is right cw ^ for this gps?
Why did you mark light blue wire like SDA and later you are soldering white wire as SDA?

Speedy bee f405 v3 control hglrc m-100 5883 gps with compass position hold hoga kya?🎉🎉🎉
How do you know the front direction of the HGLRC M100? There is no physical information whatsoever.
Same question here! Whats the front? Connector side front or not?
I read somewhere that the connector side is forward.
The front is where the leds are.
same place where i put my hglrc m100 gps but my pos&hold not accurate?
can you show me on how you align your gps in alignment tab?
