I'm sure your S-turns help. Back in the day, when silvers were so thick off Pt. Defiance they'd literally be jumping everywhere and occasionally land in the boat, I'd take friends out fishing and use my psychic powers to predict when a strike would happen. The countdown would start and usually I was spot on. The guys thought I was some kind of fish whisperer. They never noticed that all I had to do to trigger the bite was to use the steering to "wiggle" the stern of the boat a little. Made me smile every time! Great videos of yours BTW. Thanks...
Hey @Batsquatch thanks for stopping by and checking the videos out. That’s a great story! I sure wish I was around to see the fishing back in those days. I keep hearing fun stories.
I put a bit of herring oil on occasionally but honestly I don’t think it makes a difference for these fish. I think it’s more the action they are after. Very aggressive strikes.
It would be helpful for some of us newbies to do a video where you show how the launch process works here. So when we show up we don’t mess everything up.
Looks like you need to add some more line to that reel as well as turn off your clicker when playing a fish. Great content, thank you for sharing !!!.

Let me take Ron's place! I want to go fishing with you!
Awesome video, glad to see you got some nice Coho's
Thank you!
S turns definitely help they slow down and speed up each side at the same time and will trigger a bite!
Yes sir! I think it drives the coho crazy. Same with dropping in and out of gear occasionally
Nice, going to fish up there this weekend
Thanks for watching as always! I should be out there this weekend too. Cheers
I was hoping to learn something. just watching you reel in line... keep up the same story.
Are you typically trolling N to S or E to W when fishing in and around Commencement Bay?
Just curious why you don't invest in a Lowrance Elite 9 or 7 fs?
I’m a bit of a minimalist when it comes to electronics. There is a lot of cool stuff out there though.
Trust the birds? That’s how you get shit on ya!
Why do you think I always have my top on the boat… 😳
Nice video! Are you using any scent or bait? Or just plain hoochie?

We have a technique that we developed, when fishing together. The main thing is a fast troll for silvers
@@ronbauer9597 it really depends on the current but I guess flasher should rotate pretty fast then..
