  • This Video Demonstrates a very simple versatile 5 ingredient brownie and Blondie recipe and a simple method to make it.
    Recipe
    Makes: 4" or 5" Pan (4 servings)
    Ingredients
    42 grams Butter, soften at room temperature
    59 grams Chocolate**
    59 grams Condensed Milk
    27 grams All Purpose Flour (Maida)
    20 ml water
    * I have multiplied the recipe X 6 for brownie
    and X2 for Blondie
    ** Use Dark Chocolate for Brownie recipe and White Chocolate for Blondie Recipe
    Traditionally brown sugar is used for a Blondie however , this is a versatile recipe its like 1 batter and 8 flavours or even more.
    If you wish to add the flavour of brown sugar then id suggest caramelize the condense milk first and then use it.

      Many brownie recipes don't contain baking powder or baking soda; these recipes tend to be for the dense, sometimes chewy, kind. Cake like brownies usually contain a leavening agent, which helps give them their fluffy texture. The technique you use also makes a difference in the texture of the final product.

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  3 года назад

      no, thats how we make water ganache....when water and chocolate quantity is same it doesnt seizes ....when water is extreme less than chocolate then only it seizes....

    Can I use oil instead of butter?

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  3 года назад +1

      yes u can..... it just tends to make your brownies a little oily, like when u pickup in ur hand it will leave oil as chocolate also has oil(compound) or cocoabutter( couverture)......butter just helps it set at room temp and fridge too

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  3 года назад

      hey coz i have made a bigger batch and divided according to the flavours which i did mention in description but if u want to make just a small batch and only 1 flavour it will be 27 grams maida. i have tried with small batch also and this recipe works well.

    No baking powder or baking soda?

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  3 года назад

      baking soda is usually not a part of brownie recipe coz we dont want brownies to rise like cakes
      baking powder is not needed in this recipe, cakey brownie needs baking powder
