  • The first of two videos (video two still being worked on) looking at the management of raised Intracranial Pressure (ICP).
    This video focuses on reducing the volume of blood in the brain to help reduce pressure, looking at;
    -How patient positioning can help to improve the drainage of blood away from the brain,
    -The promotion of vasoconstriction via CO2 management (with a mechanical ventilator) to reduce pressures.
