When an average person can see with the help of RUclips the "professional" is doing something completely wrong, you spend more time arguing about timelines and cost overruns, and people just don't show up for days at a time you start to understand. Most contractors are lazy, unorganized, do half the work agreed on, and make you question how they got licensed in the first place. The easiest way to eliminate that trouble is request references from previous clients and literally stand by watching them like they're your toddler. Both things you shouldn't have to do.
