CCP (Crazy Chinese People) does not represent the whole china. Secret hidden survey research says 54% of mainland china citizens irrespective of any demographic measures except for age does not tolerate CCP nor condone their actions. 43% of that population are from ages 30+ and 57% of that population are from ages 13 to 29.
      Common reasons for that were:
The Crazy Chinese People of China are so crazy theyre self-destructing and we dont want to be involved in it. (its a rough translation but thats the overall meaning)

The atrocities committed by the Japanese military during World War II in China were indeed horrific and have left a lasting impact on the Chinese people. The Nanjing Massacre, in particular, stands as a stark reminder of the brutality of the conflict. It is understandable that many Chinese people still harbor resentment towards Japan for these historical wrongs.
However, it's important to recognize that Japan has undergone significant changes since the war. The country has acknowledged its past actions, apologized for them, and has worked to become a peaceful and democratic nation. While the scars of the past may take time to heal, it's crucial to foster understanding and reconciliation between the two nations. By focusing on the future and promoting dialogue, both countries can work towards building a stronger and more peaceful relationship.

This is disgusting and dishonorable and they need to make right by the wrongs that were done. Such things will not be forgotten. THAT BEING SAID! Chinese people cannot go around acting like hoodlums to Japanese people because of this. The Chinese government has committed horrific crimes against their own people yet they tell them to have pride in being Chinese. Ridiculous. Act like civilized human beings with proper morals. Random people hating each other because they’re told to is senseless violence. General hatred without very specific reason and aim just ends in innocent bloodshed.

And have they actually looked through the textbooks of WWII? Japanese textbooks are very objective and certainly do not glorify the war.

History isn't just started on ww2. War and invasion had been happening since thousand years prior. They don't have to apologize since china never apologize for the same thing they did to japan previously.
In the past, every country would invade other countries if they have the power. And every country with such power did invade others.
Now that we're living in _(pseudo)_ "peaceful era" and everybody involved in ww2 had died, let's just forget the hatred and moving on.
Japanese today are innocents, Chinese today aren't victims.
No one have to apologize for something they didn't do. No one is justified to hate others for something others didn't do.
