    Electric power is from coal power or hydro

      Probably the embedded diesel generator. It's actuated with electric motor, but the electricity is produced in an embarked diesel power plant.

      ​@Factao actually not exactly, most are directly next to a power plant and may even be owned by the power company. They literally have a giant extension cord running to them.
