It's like every time I go see Van Halen it's like seeing them for the first time Eddie's memorizing just just memorizing you can't take your eyes off of them. You can't. I mean s*** it's it's just like you're frozen in time. It's unbelievable to watch him. Everybody misses him. I'm crying now watching this. I'm not afraid or scared to admit that I'm a grown man. I don't care. It's this is my life like millions of other fans. You know any Eddie is the goat, the king. He did it all. I mean Van Halen who didn't grow up on that in our era. You know February 10th 1978 they came out. They blew everybody away. Actually they came out 1972. They were called Mammoth but they changed their name. When David Lee Roth told any of the change, their name and the rest was history. F****** a Van Halen is the best in the world. Always will be too bad. Will never get to see them play again. @@HidingFromFate not sure it was back then. (EX: most bands "FIX" "live" performances, b/c running around etc means it ain't gonna sound good. Not sure VH had FAKE backing vocals in concert at the time. The tech would be too crude back then.)
PLUS, we can clearly see lots of OTHER suspicious bits, like EVH's guitaring NOT MATCHING THE AUDIO (look at his harmonics during the first guitar solo in the first song), so it's not just the fake backing vocals that are an issue in this video.

It wasn't until the next day as I was looking through RUclips vids that I found some news footage interview of Eddie and a grown up Wolf in the 5150 studio. The affection of father and son brought tears to my eyes. It's like, I couldn't cry for myself but I could for Wolf. I'm eager to hear his solo album whenever he can release it... Was almost in the Front for the Scorpians but ran out of air and almost passed out. Saw VH from the back. What a carefree day. Everyone had water spray bottles
and every girl got sprayed in the chest and NO ONE got mad or upset. People refer to that event today as the US Festival Like USA. But back then we called

I was 23. Hung out across the freeway the night before. Drank , smoked and snorted everything I could get my hands on but still had plenty of smoke left for the concert. Unfortunately one of my "friends" who was holding my stash decided there wasn't enough to share and failed to show up at the designated spot we chose in case we got separated. Luckily some fellow Simi Vallians (I grew up there) had plenty of smoke and shared some with me and the one friend who didn't ditch me. I too came close to passing out before Van Halen finally hit the stage (back pain) but I saw them from just off the stage on the right side. Had my cheap parking lot acquired T shirt until about ten years or so ago when I moved across the country with what I could carry in my SUV. What really pisses me off about the incident was I paid everyone's tickets, T shirts, gas, food and party supplies. I should of gotten a ride home and left those assholes in the parking lot without gas or gas money to get back to Lancaster.
