This recap has better editing than the show itself when it comes to pushing the narrative that Jamie is shameless and Beth is everything good happening. In reality watching the show, Jamie was an interesting character, but Beth killed that, as well as burdens every scene she's in.
Beth is genuinely annoying
Best series since the Sopranos.

@@02GrandAmGT1989 There is a 5th season. But who knows after that. Kevin left the show, he is done. I still believe the show can go on without the character of John. We have to wait and see what they decided to do unfortunately.

The way John and Garret talked about Jaime's mother sounds like John knew her well. Let Garret go to prison as revenge for killing the mother even though she was a drug addict, tried to warn her about not marrying Garrett and adopted Jaime. It sounds to me like he had an affair with Jaime's mother. It sounds like she married Garrett out of pain because she couldn't have John and out of guilt, John decided to adopt Jaime. Maybe he thinks that Jaime is Garrett's (so he hates him just a little for thinking Jaime is a part of Garret) when in actuality, Jaime turns out to be his actual son. We saw adoption papers, not DNA. Something tells me that John will find out a little too late that Jaime is his son and will deeply regret what happens to him when he does. If they do something to Jaime, that will be the downfall of John Dutton.
What if John had a sister that nobody talks about?

Rip is a drifter with no family. He took him in as his own. Jimmy is a favor that he didnt need to honor either. Hes not family, but someone asked him for a favor to watch out for him and he took him in as one of his own.

I swear. If the show doesn't end with Beth and John get what they deserve! If Tate, Carter, Emily survive, but John and Beth win, it will be a bad ending.
Season 5 has sucked ass. No cattle wars, no Beck brothers, no wade morrow. Now we have lesbians making out at the fair and Rip is the sweetheart of the show.
I wonder about the realism of a show like this - if it was set in 2026 - 2031. Truly.
Let me paint a picture of the implications of the video above, projected into those times.

So, with these families that the fictitious Suttons fight for. Are they families owning and operating freely?

Universalize the Bill Of Rights, respective to all institutions directly involving more than 100 million humans, worldwide (customers, employees, managers, etc.) Vivek was on to something! Permit circulation of Bibles (and encourage it - along with freedom of discourse) in almost all settings imaginable. Freedom and Bibles coexist - they really do. OBI (Open Bible Individualism) as a barometer of human tolerance for historical records of any type (including civil). THEN, Institute for Creation Research, Discovery Institute / Intelligent Design questioning of ultimate Origins (and rational destinations), Art Laffer, Mises Institute, and others (Hillsdale College is a helpful start). It's about the worldview of the one holding the trigger of whatever machine or thing.
