- Surprise! Gypsy Rose Blanchard is going to be a mom. The TV personality and former inmate announced her pregnancy in a RUclips video on July 9, revealing that she and boyfriend Ken Urker weren't planning to start a family just yet but are thrilled to confirm the happy news. Gypsy, 32, went on to share that she's 11 weeks along and has experienced some of the classic first trimester symptoms including cravings and mood swings. The "Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup" star later detailed how she found out she was expecting and got emotional when sharing her desire to be the kind of mom she wishes she'd had. Gypsy was released from prison in 2023 after serving eight years for her role in the murder of her abusive mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. She and Ken first started dating and became engaged while she was still behind bars, and they rekindled their relationship following her divorce from ex-husband Ryan Anderson, whom she married while incarcerated and divorced earlier his year.

She didn’t kill her mom she plotted, but she didn’t kill her mom the boyfriend killed the mother, but you also have to consider what she went through. Her mom was making her sick giving her stuff making her pretend to be sick as a child just so that she can get money, Girl had unnecessary surgery with there being nothing wrong with her being cut open as a child several surgeries given different types of medication that she never needed. I feel bad for that. She didn’t get pregnant right now not saying she couldn’t become a mother but she needed more help. This is just too soon and get out of prison and getting married going through divorce getting pregnant by, an ex-boyfriend it’s not gonna work especially after deceiving her husband. It’s just too much. I hope I’m wrong but it’s out of order.

I truly feel sorry for her for what she went through with her mother. I just don’t understand why she’s out of prison and N. Godejohn is serving a lifetime sentence without possibly of parol. Why isn’t he in a forensic psychiatric institution?
Anyway, I think that it’s too soon after her incarceration to have a baby. There’s so many things she has missed out of while being locked up. She needs to mature, get to know who she is, travel, get some kind of education. I personally don’t think that she has the confidence in herself to be a mother yet.

I was rooting for her and I felt bad for her, but it is too soon for her to be doing this considering the situation and I don’t need that. I still feel like she needs mental health would throw that off.
