    A couple of corrections:
    1. I've tested out Mimi and Saki in the Taotie raid. Even though Mimi has consistent taunts, she has trouble holding aggro against players doing damage to Tao by breaking Tao's link. But Saki has no problems keeping aggro. There's likely hidden numbers in taunt abilities. On paper it looked like Mimi powercreeps Saki in CN. But since Mimi's charge, shatter, and taunt are all a little worse than Saki's, the resistance shred Mimi has really helps two make both Mimi and Saki surprisingly balanced with each other in CN. Unfortunately, this isn't the case for global.
    2. In CN, Mimi has a 30% HP shield both for tank and non-tank. In global, they reduced it by half to 15%. This is likely because Gnonno creates a 50% HP shield every 5 seconds during her hold attack. So they had Mimi have a 15% hp shield every 1.5 seconds (roughly, it's still 10% that caps out at 15%). They're one to one shielding per second. But the global developers failed to take into account that Mimi moves significantly slower than Gnonno during their respective hold attacks. This makes Mimi a lot more vulnerable to attacks than Gnonno. Again, Hotta in CN knew to balance out Mimi's shortcomings with other characters by giving her a stronger shield, making her balanced with other characters in CN in terms of utility.
Seems like the global devs often look at the numbers and descriptions, and not how things actually play in practice. A large part of tank Mimi is also thanks to CN playtesters in the CN test servers, as she hardly had a tanking kit early on during testing in CN.

it's actually weird that she's FORTITUDE

Yeah, using her(A0) in a healing team with Fiona and Nemesis and she mostly adds to the attack of the team. Could do a higher Bondless realm level with her, the Volt Sequel phantasm and killing mini bosses is also easier. Though some resistances got lower when I put her instead of Lin.
...She actually feels more like an attacker than a tank or is it just me...?
I didn't use that "move slowly around while attacking" skill though, since it makes you a very easy target, so mostly attacked from the sky and with evades.

I guess a good thing is she can use Zero matrix for the team damage buff.

That's true. Usually Lyra takes care of that. But if your healer or healers don't have Lyra then Mimi can help activate 4pc Zero matrices

im sad that in origin of war there is no tank in the rankings :(

Sad but it's true. Despite the Interference debuff originally designed in CN to get people to play tanks, it's actually completely ignored in favor of 2 healers being better this season over here in global. The global balancing has become quite a mess atm

Idk mimi is a utility tank she can shield team and give them a damage boost with zeros matrices. On top of hold bosses still with timestamps. Making her a face tank would not be good because she is ranged for tanking giving u insensitive to keep distance. I don’t see a problem here she is a jack of all trades. She is worth it and more balanced then you think it helps preventing power creep and i respect that.

What is the best tank team actually?

Generally Saki and Zero with Ene or Lan is the best overall. If you have a strong frost dps in your team then go for Ene. For the new raids shatter is required so of course use Shiro instead of Zero. If you're a main tank, a5 Saki could be a problem in the monkey raid so Mimi wouldn't be a bad substitute. (Haven't tested Saki much in the Tao raid but a5 should be fine if you don't Phantasia when he's close to shielding.)

I say fiona is more useful then zero just for her aqua shackle and dodge heals. If you run 3 Fiona’s in a raid all running aqua shackle the boss does nothing if you time the shackles right. But thats my opinion her uptime is better and versatility. So many chal raid carries me and my guild do running 2-3 Fiona’s if shatter is not required.
