- The naruto community often jokes about naruto using talk no jutsu whenever an enemy is too powerful for him. Most instances he only really reaches his enemy after defeating or stalemating them. This was the case for gaara, Obito, and nagato. It’s funny but not always the most accurate meme, except for one instance. Naruto’s persistence saved his life when he first fought sasuke in the valley of the end.

This reminds me of something. Itachi tells Sasuke to kill his best friend to obtain the Mangekyou Sharingan. If he wanted Sasuke to become a hero for the Leaf initially he wouldn't have said that because Sasuke would have become a criminal. This is a plothole that appeared because initially Itachi was supposed to be evil.
I don't think this stops Kaguya from reappearing. Obito would become Kaguya's host.
My thoughts on Itachi:
What he said to Sasuke about killing his best friend was something he said to portray himself as the most evil person imaginable in Sasuke's eyes. Someone who was willing to kill the person closest to him to obtain absolute power (killing Shisui, who Sasuke was also close to). He wanted Sasuke to hate him as much as possible, because, in the end, his first priority was for Sasuke to kill him. Itachi's goal was always to make Sasuke into an avenger for the Uchiha, so that he can die and pay for his sins. I think he was blinded by his guilt that he failed to see how his actions was affecting Sasuke, and how it would continue to affect him after Itachi died. Ultimately, it was a selfish plan, and why Itachi regarded himself as a failure, regretting not telling Sasuke the truth in the first place.

No. He was supposed to be a villain. Sasuke would become an avenger of the Uchiha, get the Mangekyou Sharingan, and get killed by Itachi, taking his eyes to solve the problems of the Mangekyou Sharingan. Kishimoto changed his mind and....created a plothole.
@@bobfg3130 I literally explained to you why it's not a plothole. Even during his first appearance, Kakashi mentioned how Itachi easily could've killed him with Tsukuyomi but decided not to. If he was always intended to be a villain, THAT would've been a plothole.
But even then, if he was originally a villain, they managed to explain his motivations near seamlessly to fit with past events (as I explained with my first comment). There's no hole in the plot that would be considered a plothole.

No, you haven't. Itachi was supposed to be a villain. Telling Sasuke to kill his best friend would have made Sasuke a criminal if he followed his recommendation. The chances if Sasuke doing that were big if he hated Itachi enough (which is what you're saying Itachi wanted).
He couldn't have killed Kakashi with Tsokuyomi. A 2nd attack after Kakashi got out of Tsokuyomi would have killed him. Kisame was surprised he was capable to withstand Tsokuyomi. In fact, if Kakashi wouldn't have endured the Tsokuyomi he would have drowned.

Thats not how her healing works as Sasuke was healed in the original fight against B yet his eyes were still not healed
@@clear3658 I'm not sure what you mean by that. in the real story, Sasuke didn't transplant Itachi's eye's before his fight with B. He did that after ditching Karin and letting her get captured by the hidden leaf.

nothing against you at all, its a cool "what if" I suppose (also I recently just stumbled upon your channel and vids, so I know I'm late to the comments). Kurama in this situation would make this entire "what if" have no chance of being likely to happen, as Kurama is sealed in Naruto, he fully is aware of everything going on, he see's through Narutos eyes and has a higher sense of what would be liable to happen against an Uchiha (Kurama admits to hating the Uchiha and knowing what the sharingan can do) , this being said, to avoid either dying , he would quite possibly flow way more chakra into Naruto after seeing the one tailed cloak wasn't doing enough to fight Sasuke, the seal is weakened at this point, so the chakra flow would flow more and more if Kurama senses he himself is in danger (yes he doesn't care too much for naruto , but Kurama is a very proud creature and doesn't like to lose)... in the end, I feel that if the situation presented itself, Sasuke would've been dead... if you don't agree let me know.

Kurama can't flow more chakra at will. He said it takes a long process to make more and more tails come out. In that fight 1 tail was the max

The problem here is the fight isn't any different than the original. In fact the ONLY change is that when Naruto is passed out at the end Sasuke just kills him instead of sparing him.
So if the Ninetails didn't come out in the original, the Ninetails wont come out in this scenario either.
(Unless the ninetails can come out instantly when his throat is slit and he dies which is making too many assumptions here)
@@revolvingworld2676 Naruto has been knocked out many times near death and Kurama has came out to save the day (way before Naruto has control or Kurama has any care for Naruto) thats all I'm saying, and it does pretty much happen in an instance if Kurama senses he is going to be beaten... if you recall the curse mark at the end of the battle took its toll on Sasuke, so I don't think Sasuke wouldve even been able to kill Naruto if he wanted to, his chakra was drained, yes he walked away but I feel he knew he couldn't muster up enough to actually deal a fatal blow so he thought it was useless...I appreciate the debate, Naruto was a huge part of my life growing up.
Great video as always, here's a couple things:
If Deidara and Sasori don't split up, Its much more likely the squads retreat shortly after 1-2 of them gets incapacitated, kakashi isn't one to let his comrades die so its likely Chiyo takes the fall and stalls while team kakashi tries to rendezvous with team guy before coming back to fight.
Similar thing with the Deidara and Sasori vs Orochimaru fight. If Orochimaru would see himself in a bad situation he would just retreat, going all out against two akatsuki members isnt worth throwing all his decade long plans away. I think he just uses edo summons to stall and if he doesn't get the upper hand he retreats. From the series its implied he was only expecting Sasori anyway.
For the Kakuzu vs Guy fight, I dont see Guy being able to damage kakuzu with physical attacks because of diamond realease. Hirudora would be his best bet and even that might not work since its basically just air pressure. The only things in the series we see being able to pierce diamond release was chidori because of type advantage and rasenshuriken which attacks on a cellular level. Ofcourse in 7th gate, Kakuzu wouldnt be able to react to guy either, but if he can sustain the hits he likely outlasts.
For Bee vs Deidara and Sasori there is no way the fight lasts long enough for Bee to go into his fully transformed state. Bee should be fast enough in base w the 7 swords technique to blitz both let alone in V1 or V2, as Deidara stated multiple times that base hebi sasuke was too fast for him and Sasori got reacted to by chiyo and sakura. They both either get destroyed or if they come prepped its possible they get lucky and poison him earlier. IMO its way more likely Bee pushes them into a corner enough to the point where he can just escape the cloud without putting on a big show like he did against taka.

I think you're underestimating deidara and sasori's defenses. they create a lot of space and can counter blitzes. B could also escape possibly.
I just don't see a world that killerbee loses to sasori and deidara. Killer bee is faster stronger can tank more in base. There supposed Teamwork don't mater they have shown they don't work as a good team and choose to have 1 on 1s. This is probably cap but I put killer bee at itachis level and I don't see them together beating itachi and even if u think they can in lore they trying it 1 on 1 and that's there down fall.
@@New_Horizons I don't know if obito would send those two there anyway as he only sent team hebi to see they capabilities and loyalty. so if he got this close to winning i assume either he sends himself and kisame or kisame alone just to be sure. as kisame really could pose a bigger threat in this matchup vs the killer bee than the art duo. if orochimaru escapes then gets kiled there is a chance he waits until sasuke is drained from susano and takes over with sasuke being too tired and having little to no chakra as the curse mark would still be there on sasuke not even knowing he could come back and without a sharingan sasuke might not be able to repel orochi soul steal then. but obito wouldnt care and probably kill him shortly afterward.

I enjoyed that what if.but if you consider the fact that suske was wounded the only reason that he escaped because kakashi take back naruto to the headen leaf due to heavy injuries that must be treated in other words naruto wounds could be fatal.if kakashi find out naruto's dead body he would go after him and surely he would catches him because he is wounded and kakashi was not that far.not knowingly suske make a best dessison because after kakashi catches him they surely would have kill him

The most kakashi would do is track sasuke back to the hideout and make a side note of its location. He wouldn't dare to infiltrate because he was terrified of orochimaru at the time.

On top of that kurama had no emotional attachment to naruto not to mention if naruto died it’s not like kurama would care because he would just be reanimated one year later without being sealed, so I don’t really think kurama would’ve tried that much tbh

At this point in the series completely not. Kurama is probb the smartest character in that arc (since he's been around from the sage of the six paths time) so he's definitely aware about his respawn. Also Uzumaki seal is no joke his chakra cannot be leaked through it unless it's weakened enough and that's why Naruto got any power amps from Kurama to begin with. He was already receiving maximum amount and as often as possible because Kurama wanted to weaken that seal.
Naruto lost with all possible amps at that time and when he was unconscious it doesn't even matter if Kurama wanted to do something about him or not because he couldn't. Every available resource was exhausted and Naruto was completely exposed to anything Sasuke wanted to do with him.

If Naruto was killed by Sasuke it would be massively changing to a story, two members of Team 7 will have to be replaced Kakashi would more than likely Focus his entire energy on training Sakura with genjutsu alongside Tsunade training her with taijutsu and medical ninjutsu I could see her becoming the main character going to avenge the death of Naruto someone she really cared about she was just a kid and kids are bad with their feelings. Not a single member of the original cast we see what even forgive Sasuke for a minute. Garra would arguably be extremely affected by this because of how close his bond was with Naruto I could honestly see him trying to take out Sasuke or take up Naruto's mantle and bring him back to the Village so he can face Justice

I think you forgot Nagato can summon the gedo statue which could remove souls from the body without the need of those touching stuff.
I disagree with two things in the video, the first is Sasori having a hard time with Bee. I think Sasori would've turned Kakashi into a puppet and Kamui could dismember and defeat Bee, especially in his tailed beast state, where is a bigger target.
I also think Nagato would've won against Obito, the latter said he doesn't use rinnegan jutsu as much simply because of its chakra cost, while Nagato pretty much spams it. I think the real MVPain would be the Asura path, for while Obito is durable, paper bombs where enough to threathen him, so the Asura missiles, if spammed non-stop, would force Obito to waste chakra, putting the Deva path in a position where it has to defend Nagato, Obito wouldn't be able to approach and thus would probably tire himself to death.
Alternatively, we have an Akatsuki civil war, with Obito calling Kisame to his side, and Nagato with the remainder of the Akatsuki, perhaps Obito can manipulate the Mist once again, while Nagato would need to rally his Rain ninja to counter him.
"Paper bombs were enough to threaten him" well... 600 billion paper bombs (which that feat alone is super impressive ) that continues to explode a character that cannot fly, is a huge threat.
Obito was the one puilling the strings behind the akatsuki, not nagato. Obito is simply stronger then pain. Having a higher chakra amount doesn't mean an auto win for anyone.
if naruto is not the child of prophecy, then nagato would be the one. so nagato will have the plot armor. i think that's interesting, the child of prophecy is lost in the dark and comeback to save the world.

I agree with everything except some points:
1-Orochimaru wouldn't die against Deidara and Sasori. We have seen how difficult to kill Oro is. Oro most likely is inmune to poison and could regenerate from 4 tailed Naruto blows that can desintegrate almost anything. Unless Deidara pulls C4 they aren't killing Oro here. Most likely Oro can't beat them just with Kabuto support so he would escape in snake form. Injured further than he did in the original timeline he would be an easy prey for MS Sasuke.
2-I doubt Gai could take down Hidan and Kakuzu. Kakuzu couldn't be physically damaged unless you destroyed his Earth Mask hidden inside his body and you need Lightning element to do that (Kakashi) so the zombie duo would never be separated. Without Kakashi, Gai would die from exhaustion using 8 gates. Maybe Kakuzu would be overwhelmed and his body and masks would be broken anyway... but team 10 would die and Hidan would survive due inmortality.
3-Sasori and Deidara can't defeat Killer Bee. Both of them would be easy prey for a bijuudama in Bijuu form. They are a bad match up for him. Obito or Nagato would have to finish the job themselves.
4-Obito mentioned at some point he planned to synch Sasuke to Gedo Mazo. Most likely he still planned to revive Madara for no reason...

If one of the Pain Paths gets sucked into Kamui, he can from both outside and inside of Kamui meaning Obito gets hit either way. Also they have shared vision Pain will be able to coordinate really well. Pain wins high diff imo, Obito is really just a one trick pony, he only has his Kamui and Pain can counter that. Plus Konan is also there and she can prepare her billions paper bombs trap and then Pain can finish him off
I understand Itachi implanted shisui's eye inside naruto but the dude is one of the biggest geniuses ever, he would implant it in someone else to activate apon seeing the EMS so eventually Sasuke would be put under Shisui's genjutsu to fight for the leaf, also you forgot about Isshiki, no doubt he would realize everyone is under the infinite tsukuyomi, he is clearly after a host and so after a day or two I image Obito would still be around to see how successful the eye of the moon plan had worked and he would go straight to obito, he would than explain how infinite tsukuyomi really works and the real history between him and kaguya obito started to understand zetzu had nearly bamboozled him he would also understand everyone is slowly dying leaving him conflicted, does he let them die in those dreams or release them. But obviously Isshiki would want obito as a host and would definitely fight him and beat him and take him as a host.

If he did kaguya wouldnt have been sealed. sasuke would have died in the fight of madara. and if for some reason he still didnt die He would have two arms and kill all the tail beat in panatery devestaion. He wouldnt have became hokage. Sasuke would have lost the fight against momoshiki maybe won. BUt deffinetial die when issiki came. Also when momoskiki came to chuinin exams most or maybe even all would have died. There wouldnt be boruto. And everyone dies. And if he did he wouldnt be able to seal kaguya and kagyua would kill issiki and everyone. But if he was still in fight. He could rip black zetzu off of sasuke. BUt before any of that. Everyone would have died becasue at the time sasuke wasnt strong enought to beat pain. Pain would clap sasukes ez. Maybe jiriay wouldnt have died and him and tuesnada would stop pain. Kurama needs to be sealed last? The tailed beast don't need to sealed in any order, 2 we're sealed before the 1 tail.
Okay. I don't like this. The story of Naruto, like most stories, is like a puzzle where everything needs to happen just so for the world to be saved. Like, realistically, in the fight against. . . well, any serious opponent, the good guys should lose. Cuz that's how you create tension. You put the good guys in a situation where they are outmatched, but by creative writing, you have to let them win or survive somehow. Plot armor is only a bad thing when the reasons for why your good guys survive don't make sense. As a writer, its your job to both put your heroes against seemingly insurmountable odds, have the win, and don't make the plot armor too obvious.
You want to kill of Naruto in part 1? Sure. Interesting. Then the question becomes, how are you going to write the rest of the series in a way that the world is saved? Like in the battle against Deidara and Sasori, you could still write it in such a way that the leaf/sand team wins. Maybe you give Kakashi some of his BS powers or stamina that he has in the war arc? Maybe some people trained harder because of past events. You have to come up with something.
@Oswald Robinson I suppose that is fair. This isn't THAT king of what if story. I just dislike the idea of 'the good guys lose here cuz logic' when in canon the good guys should also lose cuz logic.
And I'm perfectly relaxed, I'll have you know. But if I'm going to give my opinion on something I'm going to do it thoroughly. A simple 'I wish you'd done this' or 'I don't like this' serves nobody, and is boring besides.

You've got something wrong. Regardless of what happens, once Obito becomes the Jinchuriki of the 10 tails he WILL BE TAKEN OVER BY KAGUYA. This is the thing. These "What if" videos always make some mistakes.
