In the vanilla game you can exceed 1,999hp (usually the Ronin class) but it'll still show it as 1,999hp. So you'll take hits and won't go down in health until it actually does reach 1,999.

even after beeing deafeted, saturos and menardi have lived a long time within Jenna and Felix leaving them with a trauman, and the only way to stop it is to going into Felix's and jenna's Magicant and deafeting them
@DonChaffee if I recall, Odyssey is learned through Both having enough Venus djinn and a certain level (like, 38 or 45). Either way, you need a certain amount of djinn, as if you unequip enough, it becomes ragnorak again, so its probably a lvl + x djinn spell
@DonChaffee i get that this is a hack, don't worry its good to know that the hp was hacked too though i was startin to think...crap, i didn't think the final battle took THAT long lol
@DonChaffee It can't be 7 or fewer Djiin to use Odyssey because in the first Golden Sun, Isaac cannot ever use it, regardless of the level he obtains. I think that it's 8 Venus Djiin or it's simply exclusive to The Lost Age.
I used a bug which you can use after the intro (after all characters stranded and you only controll Felix). But after about 10min playtime you have all party members again
dude we need more rpgs made like that... big numbers flashy/powerful boss fights etc. oh btw you should make a 4v4 fight saturos menardi karst agatio(sp) vs 4 of the golden sun peeps...that would be intense

I did something like this. except I made a Kraden sprite and I had to make some attacks for him. Things like flying books and alchemy spells. I also made a cut-scene of Felix, Jenna, and Kraden waiting at the top of the Venus lighthouse laughing at Isaac and the team as they made it to the top, bragging about how easy it was to defeat Saturos and Menardi. It took me like 2 months to do the whole thing, I would put it on youtube but I lost the file for it. =(
I started messing with the Golden Sun editor. Fun, but challenging when you mess with setting that you have no idea what they change! Currently the three party members I have each get two turns thanks to the custom weaponry and armor I gave all of them. Sheba is named Demon Lord, and a changed sprite. Classes are renamed, and bestowed powerful Psynergy attacks.
@aaammmhg mh not really :D you cant fight against saturos and menardi in gs2 but in gs1 at the last battle saturos have just 3000hp and menardi 2600. i hacked the hp too because its more epic if the heros does much dmg xD
The reason why I hate golden sun is because it's so FAKE! How does one take a full blown Oddesy and not die? But the reason why I LOVE it is because of the goddamn music, so crisp!
