WOW, just made homemade eggnog for the first time using this video (minus the ginger, egg whites and used brandy instead and about double the amount lol) and it turned out fantastic..probably will never get store bought again it’s so simple to make and taste way better. I like all of it but don't water it down with ice cubes after doing all that work to get the eggs beat up. Nice to watch a man represent us males in this world of cooking at home!
If you can have chickens or a family or Friend that have or can have chickens that way you know where the eggs come from and what the chickens eat that would be the best egg's you can get

You can definitely use bacardi for this drink. It works great.
What would be the best way to make it so its not as thick and keep the same taste ?
Add less egg whites. Keep it in the fridge. Make sure the container is sealed.
