      If they want to take money from an awful, life and soul destroying industry like sports betting, then it shows how much they really care about their fans!

      Yes it's lunatic. Such a bad addiction where you can loose everything. Your wife, your kids, your job your job and anything and everyone you loved. I worked in a bank few years ago and saw so many people loosing everything. Same happens in Europe with soccer. Imagine 90 minutes watching soccer and not a minute can pass without a gambling sponsor shows up. Stop gambling now. You will loose everything over time.

    I honestly see gambling like alcohol or marijuana, very enjoyable in moderation but that doesn't mean everybody should indulge in it because some people will end up with it controlling their life. Having said that gambling being accessible through a phone does change the dynamic

    This league is neck deep in collusion with gambling, I've watched at least 3 games this week where the announcers state the spread, and then literally the next 3 plays are questionable ref calls to sway it. It's absolutely blatant and fans will deny this.
    I love the sport, but there's just no integrity on the league, such a shame.

      I agree with you its messed up and way overboard.
      No one commentating on the game or the pre-post games should involve any gambling talk.

    I remember you made a video about Zion Williamson a couple weeks ago how he got a tattoo and the video showed that he had gained weight and you said that he would've known this video was going to leak and he probably did it purposely or something like that. And then today you're talking about how you think many players are gambling. I actually agree in want to commend you for being honest about understanding the crap that goes on behind the scenes. Great channel!

    • @frozenwater5113
      @frozenwater5113 15 часов назад

      chance doesn’t exist when you can see the spreads and control the outcome , only time it’s really “chance” is when animals or other species are involved and even then it can be manipulated that chance shit is fake I don’t think he did anything wrong if casinos can do it why can’t we 🤷🏾‍♂️

      @@futurefox635 it’s not dumb. You should research before you say such offensive things. Do your hw on shaq saying his rings is fake. The NBA has tossed/fixed multiple games lmao don’t be naive. The league is a business first before anything

      @@sandwichsquad74 I dont disagree with that. But clearly what Porter did was extremely bad and cant be allowed regardless of the 2002 western conference finals.

    Thank you for continuing in being vocal with anti-gambling takes because it is necessary. I’m surprised to see the potential sentence of 3-4 years, but I guess he did work to defraud many.

    Observably, some of the only ways you're truly guaranteed to end up in jail/prison for financial crimes is if you are:
    a) Poor/working class
    b) Costing or stealing money from the wealthy
    c) Seen as harming big moneyed interests/industry in some measurable way (Porter fits this criteria, at the very least)
    The amount of financial crime that go unpunished when you don't fit any of that criteria is staggering and ugly.
