Every edition of the Tahoe/Suburban is my favorite vehicle at that time. Chevy always gets it right. Give me a Tahoe 4x4 with 18" wheels and 34" tires and my dogs and I will be all set.
@@dynamicremakes5592 For as long as I have been driving, 1999, yes I have always thought the Tahoe was the perfect option for a combination of going off road, going on a date, carrying as much as a truck can, and life with many dogs.
For as long as I’ve been alive my parents have always had a Tahoe or a suburban in their driveway. Even after my sister and I grew up and moved out. They are really great cars.
Still no Ventilated seats on any trims below the Premier and High Country is such a bummer. GMC does it with the SLT and AT4 trim. But Chevy somehow thinks it’s alright to miss out on an important feature. At least have it as an option Chevy!
I will always support you Joe, but I hate that you can talk me into any of these cars LOL. I'm going to show this to my husband to give him hints for our 10 year anniversary coming up😂❤ Great review!
Thank you for sliding the second row seats forward so we can see the room in the third row. In real life, everyone slides the second row forward to be nice to the people sitting in the third row.
The Chevrolet RST (Rally Sport Truck) is a trim level that offers a sporty appearance and enhanced performance features. It typically includes unique styling elements, upgraded wheels, and advanced technology options.
Decent rig. Love the diesel option. Giants over Cowboys. Not an endgame prediction. Haven't been interested in the Cowboys since the Troy Aikman Emmitt Smith years.
GM needs some modern V8s, smaller displacement with twin turbo or super charged induction. They would be unbeatable and likely quite reliable. How about it GM..!
The elephant in the room - the return of the column shifter. (Okay, it's an electronic shifter, but it's a much-needed update to the push-n-pull button alternative.)
I like it, but huge zonk for me, no ventilated seats @8:20 on the RST trim. Automakers need to stop trying to bleed consumers with items like that as a premium product. Likely $80k for this Yukon.
Always wondered why the Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade came with undersized brakes. Imo the 4 pot front brakes should have came stock in the k2xx platform, and the 6 pot Brembos should come standard on the current models with 22in+ wheels.
Thank gawd they fixed the seats. I rented one of these on vacation and loved it minus the back pain after a few hours on the highway. Got the Wagoneer next time zero back pain in a similar trip. Love the Tahoe over Wagoneer for reliability reasons. Looks like I’ll be looking to purchase on of these. Do they have the High Country out yet? Great video man been watching for a long time!
Tahoe looks pretty darn good but very similar to the previous one. Those rims are gigantic and just unnecessary for my taste. I always feel like the 2 cap chairs should be a full row like the back, so much car and space for an additional person in the middle like the back row. I would like my RST with more meaty tires, maybe 22’s would be good. I just can’t image buying one tire, probably over $300 each! Next question, who would buy that car in this economy??!? It will be over 100k easy! That is insane for a family car!
Thanks Joe. And, welcome to Texas. You're here just as it begins to be a little cooler. Can't make it to the State Fair but I hope you enjoy yourself. Awesome work as always.
I just can’t believe GM is still pushing this headlight-on-the-bottom design language across all their brands. Also cant believe they put the TAHOE decal on the door crooked for a show car lol and they’re STILL holding ventilated seats hostage for top trims only? Silly
Still have so stupid low back suspension arms? That every mid-size SUV have higher ground clearance. Previous generations have much higher ground clearance than this mom shopping cart
This would be a great fit for my wife and 3 kids, too bad I can't afford it. Car prices keeps increasing double digits every year, wish my pay increased a single digit. Sucks to be poor.
The most important aspect of car designs that Raiti has taught me early on in the reviews...years ago...Was Design Language. It opened me up to a lot more dynamics of car build and models.
I am impressed actually might have to consider one depending on the price but has all the small details volume knob on info screen, no piano black plastic (limited) the is going to steal a lot of customers away from Hyundai
Other than that screens and the new diesel, it’s almost 95% similar with the 2024. Very happy with mine; the diesel has so much torque, and has instant acceleration.
My truly favorite part is how you don’t correct mis pronunciations or edit much of the video and just correct yourself and move on and I love the size descriptions
Awesome video, you forgot that on the command center it slides to the back with a push of a button so that the back passengers can put their drinks in and have them closer to them 😊my kids love that feature 😂
You can't go wrong with a full size. Love this RST.
You are so very right about that Omar!
Finally, they did away with the junky halogen taillights and turn signals. Thank you, GM
Better late than never!
took them years
It’s ok to be last to the party, as American brands tend to be with their cost-cutting of 70k vehicles.
That thing looks sweet in that color combo
I agree with you
Looks about 85 grand to me.
much needed update, the current is a little embarrasing with the push button gears and bulb taillamps for 80k
yes. For that kind of money, I don’t want halogen bulbs. I want all LED
Better to replace just a bulb when it goes out. Instead of the whole tail light.
Agreed, push button was weird
Your profile picture is embarrassing ..so ur opinion is null and void
One zonk from me, ventilated seats should be included on an 80K vehicle.
I totally agree with you!
I disagree. I think it should be a premiumm option that costs 5k

That sound alot like a redneck edition

It’s stupidity. Acura does the same thing.
@@RaitisRides Do ventilated seats come as standard equipment on the Premier and High Country?
No tire sidewall. Styling over function
This is so very true
The height from rim to tire is roughly 4.5 inches. It’s not that short. There’s always 22’s and smaller if that floats your boat.
Big Tex is happy to see Raiti's Rides at the State Fair of Texas and the Tahoe RST is nice with the updates!
Thanks Bryan!
I like the interior……looks comfy. They are listening to you about the rear wiper thing 👍.
They can only ignore me for so long! LOL
If I had a Tahoe I would prefer a 2nd row bench seat
They have that as an option Anthony!

Can we please appreciate this nicely vacuumed carpet?
Automatic running boards would’ve been a nice touch , those wheels are sick, love that aggressive grille, GM has been bringing it as of late
I agree with you about the running boards
Love this Tahoe Joe.
You have great taste!
2025 Ford Expedition Global Debut Oct 3rd🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🏆🏆🏆...and Yes im a complete Ford Fanatic and GMC Enthusiasts.....Sorry all other brands lol
Should i get this or the gmc yukon?
Joe you said me you'll arrange and make a video for 2025 nissan rogue base model
I like it. Love the v8 engine choices. The only zonks are the fixed running boards and monochrome interior color.
That is a tough one.
This refresh really makes the current model seem tame and that was a overhaul of changes for 2021
Love Chevy’s new design with the Tahoe. Thanks Joe.
You are so very welcome!
@@RaitisRidesWhen is 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban available for configuration, Joe?

I love your videos bro!!! You put a lot of empathy into the video and I like that!!

LOVE IT...still going with the Silverado RST EV...could the cost be similar or close to the Silverado
It is going to be interesting to see what the price will be!
That’s crazy I always have had 24 inch rims in my Chevy trucks years ago now they come stock lol

Is the quad tip exhaust standard on the new 25' RST? Previously it has been apart of a exhaust/performance package.
These things have priced out most of the car buying community. Maybe in 2-3 years used.
Still have so stupid low back suspension arms? That every mid-size SUV have higher ground clearance. Previous generations have much higher ground clearance than this mom shopping cart

I like how the 6 L is an almost $8000 option over the 5.3. That’s a great move. Thanks a lot General Motors.🖕🏻
It's Nice but too much plastic on the front and back unless it's a full metal bumper

Likely 80K plus and no cooled seats???? Chevrolet, have you ever been to Texas….oh, wait.
I’m gonna zonk the interior…. That caliber of car shouldn’t have the same console as a trailblazer or traverse….looks a little on cheaper side
What is it about the sporty models that require the darkest interiors known to man?
But they are trying to redeem themselves with the pano moonroof.
Carbon fiber accents would be nice in the RST trim to set it apart from the other. The refresh is great though. I had 22 RST, the updates look good.
Beautiful. Just wish there was a hybrid motor or at least improved mpg.
All this and complete engine lifter failure at 25000 miles …… gm engines now are unfortunately garbage
RST is perfect
Take off that useless glass roof and them scareens on the back of the seats and you can end up with a solid family vehicle
I’ve always loved Chevy, the Chevy blazer was my first SUV.
Like it. The General just gets it done with the Tahoe, once again taking the competitors to its rear view mirror.
👍🏿 no black plastic wheel well. That is a lot of gloss black it must be really cheap to make but it doesn't look too bad
Why not 10000lbs of towing like most competitors take that to gmc and tell them to up their game
The Chevrolet Tahoe Is’t That Bad👍🏻👌🏻🤟🏻🚙💨!!!
Best looking suv ever built, best all around suv ever, it checks all the boxes

We will be back brother!
3rd row missing middle headrest again?! Wtf whyyy can this be fixed?
The rear seat is a 50/50 split. It would be a challenge to design a 3rd headrest in the middle.
Nice car but remove those absolute hideous rims
Those wheels are sick!
No ventilated seats is unacceptable
Great job on review. Looking to get!
