@@BigPanda096 motorcycles cause less congestion and it is typically much safer for motorcyclists to have the ability to lane filter. I agree that the law isn't always just, but in this case IT WAS. :)
People in California either refuse to believe that lane splitting is legal or don't want it to be so they don't honor it and do shit like this to try to intimidate but go too far and make contact.

Now I Just have to wait to hear back from his insurance. **** Still haven't heard back... but i did get a copy of mail that they sent to him informing him that it was his fault. here it is. "our investigation indicates the damages occured because the driver of the VW failed to keep a proper lookout and slow/stop for vehicle ahead, a violation of California DMV Rules of the Road which states, "Scanning your surroundings (keeping eyes moving) includes keeping a safe distance around your vehicle."
