The Blackwing - 2022 Cadillac CT4 V Blackwing Review

- About a month ago I drove and reviewed the new 2022 Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing and during that review I not only loved the car but concluded that the should be a collectors car soon and would be worth picking up in you're in the market and have the money. The CT4 is the smaller brother to the CT5 but the but the V Blackwing is yet another monster of a vehicle produced by Cadillac and is dubbed Cadillac's most powerful car ever in its class. In this video review we take a look at the exterior design, cargo volume, engine and horsepower, interior and tech, and of course we take the Blackwing for a drive.

Everyone should have a ct4 v blackwing in their garage. Its an incredible car, with lots of potential

I almost went with a CT4 or CT5 but went with G80m3. I just love we have all these options before electrocarpocalypse.

@@chitterlingsrtasty deciding between a g80 and this was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made lol. My only options for manual luxury sedans, but love them both. Figured the m3 will be out for most of the decade whereas this won’t be so can always grab one down the line I hope as a 2nd car.
I went with the 4 [manual], because it allows me to keep my Jeep JLU. Only way I’d be able to afford the 5 is by cashing-out stocks or selling the Jeep & those aren’t appealing options. The 4 has plenty of power for my needs & delivers the driving experience that I’d been missing for a while.
Same boat here--will probably get a CT$ blackwing.I own a Kona N and have 40k in my car bank account so i could buy one of these and have little if any left in my car account but i would own it outright.I had a 3.3TT Stinger which was very very fast and I cant not imagine another 100 HP--even my Kona N can get on the hwy at triple digit speeds with no sweat--but this is a nice car--190 mph top end also.
I just bought my ct4 blackwing a few weeks ago. Absolutely love it. So much fun to drive

Spot-on review!!! I think the CT4 Blackwing would make an awesome track car vs. CT5 BW a better overall car. I went with the IS500 but the CT4 BW really gets my respect

@@txGarage you'll like the IS500. It handles much better than the LC500. There was a CT4 BW on the interstate with me last weekend, he downshifted and it sounded good. We had to be "responsible", just gave each other a thumbs up 👍🤣

Debating on these two. Curious how headers and exhaust would sound on a IS.
@@Thabed100 Buckhead Imports has a video with an Apex-i exhaust. It sounds good. I can wait a few months to see what else comes to market. I'm hoping for something that can sound like the LC500
I will admit the Caddy is a much better performance car
@@timw2083 The a-pex doesnt sound as aggressive like ARH headers or even the PPE headers on the car lie the RCF and LC500. You should consider getting headers asap ! It will 100 percent wake up that beauty.

@txGarage I want you to put it in sport mode and do some slaloms with those light poles, some figure 8's, and do some freaking launches!!!!!! I'm about to buy one and wanted to see it's potential. Life gave you lemons with this car and you made ketchup.

@txGarage Illegal?? Nothings illegal in the US anymore lol. Unfortunately none of those hooligans has the greatest content but that's OK. Hopefully you can do all that sometime, but nothing too crazy.👍
