NO OVEN! Easy Bread Recipe Korean Corn Cheese Bread baked in a pan

    Hello everybody
    Today, I made a simple corn cheese bread made with no-oven, no-ist, and no-egg!
    You don't need any special ingredients, you can make your own with simple ingredients you have at home!
    It's sweet and reassuring with plenty of bread, sweet corn, and mozzarella cheese using wheat flour, salt, and milk!
    Ingredient
    100g bread flour, 1 pinch salt, 60g milk, 10g melted butter (or olive oil), 200g mozzarella cheese, 340g sweet corn, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sugar (2 tablespoons if you want it sweeter), extra butter (or olive oil)
    If you don't have butter, you can use olive oil.
    Recipe
    1. Put flour, salt, milk and melted butter in a bowl and mix until the flour is not visible.
    2. Knead the dough by hand to make it smooth.
    3. The smooth dough is aged for 1 hour at room temperature.
    4. Drain the sweet corn and stir-fry it over medium heat.
    5. Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp butter to the dried sweet corn and stir-fry.
    6. Remove the roasted sweet corn from the heat and let it cool slightly, then mix with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
    7. Roll out the aged dough and place it in the order of mozzarella cheese - sweet corn - mozzarella cheese.
    8. Gather the dough in the center like you would make dumplings and pinch it tightly.
    9. Gently roll the dough with a rolling pin to make it wider, and then bake it in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes each on the front and back sides.
    10. Cut into your favorite shape and enjoy!
