Dragtimes Awesome Review I think it's awesome that you got to Drive that awesome Ford Bronco Raptor VelociRaptor 500 and I think sounds pretty good under load
Love it, but one correction for removing the rear hardtop. There are 12 bolts that need to be removed. 4 on each side of the interior " 1 on each side is hidden by the roll bars" and once you remove the hardtop covering the rear passenger seats there are four more bolts on the topside of the rollbar that need to be removed.
Car and Driver ran 0-60 times of 5.6 seconds in a stock Bronco Raptor with approx. 20% less horsepower. It appears some of that extra $25,000+ extra Hennessy charges is for tech features.
Kind of cool but has a real mall crawler feel to it. Nobody that knows anything about off-road vehicles would put bigger wheels on this. You put bigger tires on, but not bigger wheels. You need the sidewall flex. Take it out on some rocks so we can really see what it can do!
Hate to say it but very typical of Hennesey. They’ve always said their packages are 500 or 1000 hp. They definitely used BHP numbers while also overinflating those numbers. Charge a atrocious amount of money for mods that many other shops can do and make your car faster and offer a warranty like Hennesey. The coolest thing they didn’t was the Venom GT and F5 but other than that when was the last time you saw a Hennesey packaged car actually going fast against a car built from another shop. You don’t, it’s not pretty.
@@loganpinner5212 They've been doing it since Hennessey got sued by Viper owners back in the day. sub-6000 lbs vehicle with 500 hp and a 10AT should be much quicker than 6.0. Car and Driver did 5.9 seconds without rollout, 5.6 with rollout on a stock Bronco Raptor.
@@ChurchAutoTest damn I didn’t know they got sued but it doesn’t surprise me. They do offer a warranty and they do make cars faster than stock but the juice isn’t worth the squeeze it feels like.
@@loganpinner5212 It would nomally be a waste of your time, but if you're ever stuck in a hospital bed with nothing to do, dig through the wayback machine on the old Viper forums about Hennessey. Anyone who did that would never get near that guy's products.
Not my cup of tea. All of the Hennesey badging...no..stop. All of the other things on the Braptor you can do yourself. Also, the rims are not what I put on the Braptor. Over all thumbs down on this Hennessey build.
I think it's awesome. Love em other than I'd prefer the V8 for the sound.
They really made the awesome Bronco Raptor even better!
i really like that bronco raptor. thanks for the video
The video thumbnail… Brooks is packinggg he’s got it all 😭
you his boyfriend??
@@bteach54 I wish
It's a great looking truck

Go to sport mode but put it in 2wd take off traction all the way off and take off from a stop in 2nd gear 1st gear has a torque limiter

I’m not an off-road guy as well…
But it’s all good!
Thanks for the review if you want a stupid fun off-road vehicle try a Wrangler 392 XR
What's the cost including Hennesey. I think it's great looking and like that quick partial convertible. Love the channel long time subscriber. Dan

Looks like COBB made an upgraded intercooler that fits in the factory spot. Nothing to do with the EPA
Lucky guy
Dope
Ford BRRAAAAAAPtor.
My jeep 392 will do 4.3 with 37
stock Bronco Raptor is quicker than this thing too.
That’s good with 37’s. I would love to race a 392 Wrangler my tuned 2.7L Bronco Sasquatch
Comparing this to a 392 v8?? Lol
CyberBeast ⚡️ 🇺🇲
Needs a few more Hennessy logos stickers n badges lol
Any Hennessy owner here? I'm interested in the f150 supercharged but some people say their products are great and some other say are trash.
Don’t waste your money at Hennessey.. they’re about triple of what any other shop is in price. Unrealistic.
Price?

First as always
Lack of power…….
For an ecoboost, it dont sound too bad.
Is Hennessey still hacking up his customers' cars and reselling their parts or has he kicked that habit?
RDBLA said Hennesey was trash! lol
6.2 to 60 what a joke

I don't understand how it's slower to 60 than a stock Bronco Raptor
Not a fan of the Hennessy package on that best thing to do is leave it stock
I guessed 6.2 to 60
Oh and it doesn't sound like a hair dryer
392 >
All good, but they left the shitty factory brakes on. :)
This is not 500 hp , 392 is 470 hp 0-60 4.5
Needs a coyote motor.
Then again I’m not a Ford fan.
Why can't they put that kind of engine in a Mustang...
Bring a tow truck if you go off roading, a yugo does better off road
For any Bronco Raptor owners watching this, save some money and get a real tune from ZFG Racing. 550 RWHP tune only on E50. 490rwhp on 93.
Sorry, man now the fan of overpriced Hennessey crap
😂
Nope i always drive in 4WD on dry asphalt!
Not much they can do with those need a v8
WildTraks are better...
Yup a joke needs a v8
No A/C vents for rear passengers? WTF?

And over priced
Big Pass
Yuck.. not a fan
cool video - but its a ford.
Tacky wheels. OEM 17s look way better.
