I have the Ivation shower for camping and use with a 5 gallon HD bucket. To combat the fumbling when trying to shut water off in between without wasting, I modified the hose with a diverter valve and return hose. Now it can be turned off and I don’t risk burning motor out or losing precious water. I also drilled out hose inlet/outlet holes and added length stoppers so pump stays upright in bucket and another hole for a wood stick punched in cork to float on top of water level, which allows me to keep an eye on water level without dirty water falling back in bucket. When done just lift lid and it pulls up pump to turn power off.
