thats called a filiment its from a mold spore either that or its cause your nib is really dirty and you should clean it of course if its a dip nib its fine

Under microscope I do not see mold....or spores...and I ultrasounded it with pen flish....then washed with water [10 of them].
It does not do this in any other pen. So, unlikely a contaminant...but IDK.

@@Shak-MD Filament from mold spore was my first thought as well. But you would have the equipment handy to verify one way or another. 😅

I don't what it is, but it reminds me of interfacial polymerization of nylon. Looks similar, but the strand is much weaker.

Looks like mold to me. A bottle of my Monteverde Yosemite Green did that.

It could be. Moldeverde was terrible! I had that issue with MB, but it stank like mold. This ink does not. And the bottle is okay, and the ink works fine in other pens. I have try putting it back in this pen. Thank you so much for watching, and following my channel. Cheers.

Is this happening with all papers?? Try Clairefontaine. I think it's the scrape from paper.

May be the ink is not liking this titanium nib and reacting with the metal. Do an in vitro test with the ink and titanium metal.

Feels like it. I dumped the ink, and it was semi-coagulated. I think what happens is that the V200 is not well sealed cap, and air gets in and evaporates the ink, thus making it more viscous. The ink flows very nicely though. On a separate note, how do you like that Zebra G nib unit from flexible nib factory :) It is amazing.
