Something i realized while watching this reaction is that Stolas has plants because they can hear him. It really emphasizes how lonely he is 🥺
Stolas is also based on a character from a book called “the lesser key of Solomon”, and he is a sort of demon-owl that teaches humans about plants.

I hope people can not try and use this episode and say that their relationship is one sided. It was a one sided crush when they were kids. A one night stand as adults that grew into a mutual attraction despite all that complicated drama. Blitz didn’t want to lie to stolas and steal. He started to like talking with stolas under the tree. Blitz has more than enough drama in his life we haven’t touch on that I think will make clearer why he’s so hesitant to even admit he feels any kind of special way towards stolas
Yeah you don't spend an entire night pity fucking someone you don't remember. It was a huge step to admit he wanted to fuck someone for fun.

@@reyfan011 Would definitely make sense since he wasn't in the picture Blitz looked at in ep 7. That's even more sad, ditched his whole family and took the money after guilt tripping his son with his mother.
From the part at the end of Ozzie's, I get the feeling that Blitz does genuinely have feelings for Stolas, but he either doesn't think Stolas feels the same way or (more likely imo) is too scared to admit to his feelings and is afraid of commitment. If they keep up the flashback style episodes in this series, I'm sure we'll get a lot more answers
The fact that Blitzo makes Stolas so relaxed and satisfied that he forgets about stuff like his daughter is insane lmao. Cause they didn't get the divorce then (unfortunately the both of them, they really need to be separate, they're both really bad for each other) so I assume Stolas calmed down and remembered he was trying to stay with Stella for Octavia so he backed down about the divorce until post E7

@@hanabi8698 Oh no, I wasn't saying Octavia was insane, I was saying the fact that sleeping with Blitzo made him forget that he was trying to hold the family together for her sake was insane. Although, insane is for lack of a better word.

Seeing Stolas' childhood made me realize that Stolas may have taken Via to a theme park (LooLoo Land) because he met Blitzo in a circus and thought his daughter might have a great time as well.
Fizz seemed uneasy about pirates. Maybe he finds their hook hands and peg legs creepy. Bit of forehadowing to how he’s gonna eventually lose his hands / arms / legs
I think the worm-horse was the more obvious foreshadowing, given worm horse is green, Fizz's main color, and the other ones red, Blitzos color

@@rosenrot234 one of the rings of hell in this series IS an ocean right? Perhaps Fizz and the circus went there to perform a show, and he fell in the water and got maimed by an animal or something. It’s unfortunately too common that child-stars are taken advantage of and put into dangerous situations, and while mental and emotional trauma are the biggest lasting impacts from them, it’s not far-fetched to think he sustain physical damage too.
After any such accident, I’d imagine Fizz was let go from the circus, lost whatever contract he had, ended up homeless, and then landed in the Lust ring, where Asmodeus took him under his wing and eventually mechanized his body. That, and in episode 7 of Season 1 at Ozzie’s, when addressing Loo-Loo land burning to the ground, he said he was always considering suing the business, probably from being kicked to the curb.
@@downbeatdialga1341 I think the suing thing you're talking about is he'd like to sue whoever burnt it down. Just a neat line to show that Fizz doesn't see anything his bots see. Or he'd know it was Blitz
I honestly do prefer "Just Look My Way" but yeah; who knew both Blitz and Stolas has deadbeat who sold eachother out. Also Incase you don't know King Paimon actually voiced by Jafar himself!

This episode left me in fucking awe. Now everything makes SO much sense, from paimon (aka jafar aka *HOW!?* ) to the stolas standing up to stella, which is a very clap moment
She almost clapped him....
Also i feel its a little.... Underwhelming... Stella could have been used better imo. I feel like if she was less cruel all the time it would have been better. I feel like she should have been a half decent person just not the person for stolas. A life of mediocrity not suffering for stolas. Like it makes sense stolas cheated when she is a bitch everyday all day but why would Octavia cry over "losing" a family that was never a family... Because stella was always an asshole it makes Octavias view less understanable now because she should be happy to get away from stella and should be happy her dad is free of her... I feel like not many people would cry there free of an abusive parent.... Personally if my mom was always a bitch and my dad was unhappy every single day i would be happy he got a divorce from a witch not sad. Like.... Stella is pure evil so why is Octavia sad her parents are like this? It would be more intresting if stella was a ok parent and person because then its more understandable why Octavia is so confused sad and feels betrayed. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO PERFECT AND CHANGE ALMOST NOTHING.... But they voted for making her a boring villian. Almost as bad as cherubs...
@@carlinataylor93 i have a theory. When Octavia was born, stella was mellowed out a little til octavia got older. I think she does care a bit about octavia, just not as much as stolas does
@carlina taylor we haven’t seen her interact with Octavia, for all we know she could be a half decent parent and just an awful spouse.
The voice actors for the kids in this episode are absolutely fantastic, and the dialogue for them sounds right.

You should remember that before the bedroom scene with Blitzo that Stolas is probably sh*tface drunk because absinthe ranges from 45 to 85% in alcohol content, and Stolas was chugging it for a good few seconds

If you didn't know, season one's finale was delayed due to copyright issues, and is supposed to be more of a homage to season one instead of an actual story episode.
The fact that the cherub episode is the most hated in the fandom yet you come to Tube Doods and becomes part of your top 3

I personally think Stollas’ father is way better than Blitz’s ‘cause he at least try to cheer our birdie up and pretend to love him and is honest with him, he doesn’t manipulate his son like Blitz’s dad did using his mother and voluntary putting him in harms way. It’s true it’s hunt that Stella had physically abused Stollas but he didn’t “know” she would be like that... at least not like Blitz’s father knew

Wow, just realized that while the horse balloon gag was to show how Blitz is not as good as his brother, it also hints at how each brother has his limbs and the other doesn't. That's a nice detail that shows how much thought goes into even these things that most people would never get and it's still amazing.
Based on this episode I don’t really think they’re brothers? I mean, Blitz’s dad was ready to sell Fizz and then only after they clarified that they were after Blitz did he say “that’s my son.” Implying that the other kid isn’t. I think they’re supposed to be childhood friends instead.
@@SequoiaSleeps Yeah they're 100% childhood friends and the photo from E7 along with a frame in the S2 trailer implies that they may have once dated
Theory : Stolas in his childhood before his tenth birthday lived in his father's palace which has its own seal with his father's name (king Paimon). After the circus, when blitzo meets up with Stolas, they both explore what will become his own personal palace from now on. (Paimon mentions not wanting to deal with Stolas in anyway shape or form). This is why the palace is so empty of staff, because the staff haven't fully moved in, only the furnishings were set up. All those rocks they stole aren't just decorations, Stolas has to study them in addition to Astrology and Botany.

OH IM SO FUCKING STUPID I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING:
In a teaser bit for Season 2, they showed a rough animation of older Fizz throwing adound a flaming stick like a fire dancer. Blitz probably tried to do the same thing and ended up causing their tent to catch fire, making Fizz need those robo limbs and giving Blitz all those white scars we see him with in current time. And that's also probably why they're so distant now!
I can't believe i didn't connect this earlier-

Since that with the 25 year gap dates Stolas' marriage 8 or 9 years after meeting Blitzo.

The only reason they're starting season two is because the finale for season one is facing a lot of legal issues. She's most likely waiting on a bunch of paperwork to go through, and there's probably a lot of red tape to process. =_=

so something about Blitz and Stolas relationship, the book in this episode seems to hint at "Asmodian Crystals" so a lot of fans are guessing at some point either Stolas was considering "cutting ties with blitz" and "getting the book back" or "giving him a crystal as a test of faith in him"......
either way after what happened in season 2 episode 2 with Octavia, I think its safe to say Stolas is done loaning his book to blitz and is just going to give him a crystal regardless......
he seems pretty done with people now.
Something I have been wondering is, We know after the drug trip he had in episode 6 that he does love or care about Stolas so its obvious he's not going to want him to leave......
I'm just wondering if Blitz will openly admit he was in the wrong and wants to try things from scratch.......
MAN, I was waiting for this fricking CLAP for 8 long months but damn it was worth it! Also Stolas' song was my favorite of the show so far but I'm a little worried because before this the Musical site of the show always had a reason like the Cherub jingle or Moxxies opera number while being high as shit. But this time it just came out of nowhere and I'm just a little concerned about the future of the show, but only because I don't like it when the singing just starts. Also Paimon was so funny! I thought he would just be cold and mute but not this XD! It still is a GREAT episode! Also really good video keep up the good work doods!

That was a great episode that developers is a voice actors did a tremendous job plus we saw more depth to the characters all of them are just fantastic. I just wanted to give Stolas a hug at the end my man put up with his wife's bullshit for way too long but he stayed for the sake for his daughter.
I personally didnt like stellas character.... She has no depth at all and it makes Octavia feel less understanable... Why would she be sad about her family breaking up if her dad is so caring and her mom so obviously abusive. Like if stella was (not a good person) but an ok person... It would make more sense Octavia is upset because "mom isnt a bad person so why did dad do something so horrible"
It makes the family dynamic work less.... Understanably... If stella was good at first but then was betrayed out of the blue it feels more authentic and realistic for all the characters
