OMG, finally I understand why you changed from the mysterious (I couldn't find it anywhere!) "let's go" to the better Ukrainian "let's get started"! Thank you! Also, this is a very clear explanation of the 2 different constructions, bravo!
Congratulations Inna, your HOME is now free! I hope that soon it will be safe enough for you to return to Kherson, to your own apartment! Can't imagine what it must have been like for you these months, yet you still found the energy to continue your work and your lessons, in true Ukrainian spirit, even when it was far from clear that you would ever return home!
In the section of wishes I attest this is very true. My wife and mother-in-law whom are from a village named Khyriv in western Ukraine will spend between 5-10 minutes on wishes, especially on birthdays and religious holidays. I think it's beautiful so to witness!
Inna, I congratulate you and Ukraine from the bottom of my heart for liberating your home city of Kherson. Stay strong and love yourself and your life, then the future will have a lot of good things for you!
Inna thanks for this lesson. You always seem to pick good topics for your teachings and include important details. Please write the Ukrainian words you said at 0:03 after hi hello and their meaning. Also will you write the Ukrainian words you said at the end at 4:46 after saying thanks. Stay safe and I wish (genitive case for all that follows after "I wish") all your dreams to come true
Ukrainian verbs are very difficult! :))))))) - I am Portuguese... I am used to difficult verbs! Inna, you look like a young girl with your braces. So cute! Much love from Portugal.
Dear m. Inna, in accord with your wish i would remark that it s a pity that Ukrainians substitute some words for those with slightly shifted meaning, lay under influence from West: " like " - h/b forgotten and been replaced with "love" all almost, etc, . "бажати" - "хотіти" , "симпатизувати" - "подобатися " ; "говорити" - "співати", - it shallows tongue. I m a bit of red indian and think ingenious speakers will agree with that. Otherwise it s great what you are doing.
This is a common abbreviated form of greeting in the world.🙂But Ukrainians use either the whole expression "Доброго ранку !" or simply "Вітаю!" (sounds like "Vitayu") , which means greetings.
Inna? (I hope that is correct) Hello From US, I realize this post is old, but I joined your channel. Here is why; I would like to ask my friends in Jinjer ***NO TAGS PLZ*** "I WIsh to update our photograph." In their native UKRAINIAN (Donetsk Oblast) ((I hope that is correct and respectful)) The inflection should be warm and professional. Can you, or another Native speaker reading this, please help me? I can provide necessary proof to the right person(s) through DM's only to respect EVERYONE'S PRIVACY.
Бажаю вам душевного спокою, щасливого життя і великих успіхів!
