    oil not hot enough and not enough oil,,,can not bring out the ginger and scallion favors

    If not using pork lard. Do i have to just heat oil and pour. If so what kind of oil. Tq

    Steamed fish must be eaten steaming hot. The garnishing and sauce are raw and cold and taking so long to meddle the steamed fish, by the time ready to eat, the fish is already no more hot, that little hot oil won't help.

      马来西亚, 在家煮海鲜是家常便饭, 不用到酒楼才能吃得到, 所以, 马来西亚的食物有很多煮法. 我有一个好提议, 不妨你去一趟马来西亚, 如果你还未成到过. 马来西亚是美食天地, 尤其是海鲜, 你可以尝试不同的煮法, 在香港是吃不到的, 或许你的眼界就打开了, 香港好多吃家也到过马来西亚也赞好.

    This is not Chinese and Cantonese style, man. Totally waste of a fish. If live even fresh, don't put such many ginger. Pour the hot soya bean oil first, then drip the warm soya sauce side around. Only steam fish soya sauce, fish sauce will make it too salty. Don't even put a single garlic
