Bio: Leonardo Torres was raised Catholic and left the church at age 18 after being threatened to be kicked out for asking questions about the bible. He identified as an Atheist for 12 years and spent that time actively arguing with street preachers, witnesses and anyone else who brought up religion. At age 30, he had a strong encounter with God that made him drop his Atheist title and he became a free follower of GOD which he calls, "The Great Spirit". Taking God seriously and following Him wherever He leads him, Leonardo started this RUclips Channel reaction to music as a "Non-Christian" musician reviewing Christian music. The music and the stories began to learn more about Christ and considers himself a Student of Christ. Whether that means "Christian" or not is yet to be determined, but this channel is like a lost and found for lost sheep, Leonardo's goal is to create a safe space where God can find those who are yearning for Him. Leonardo wants to remind followers of Christ to love one another as they were commanded. The main theme of this channel is "Spread Love", and that's what we do, we take the love that God has given to us and we spread it to those who need it.

Chris’ bassist, J.T Cure is amazing. He’s been with him from very early on. Chris has a strong blues influence. He’s the perfect blend of country, blues, jazz, even gospel and Southern rock. He’s my favorite artist ever.
Tennessee Whiskey is one of my favorites. That was the song my husband & I sang to each other before he passed in Feb. 2020.. My husband loved music, he knew & listened to all the music . He would listen to the words. He was a Music Man. Almost three years 😭😭 my ♥️ is still hurting. Could use 🙏!! Tina

Stapleton is special. He'd been recognized as songwriter for over a decade and a half and had some minor success singing for a bluegrass group and then a southern/blues rock for a couple years. Cleaned up as a newly signed solo artist at the 2016 CMA and everyone around town (Nashville) was like, "finally".
He is really good.

He is considered a country music artist, but he is heavily influenced by blues and soul. If you listen to more of him, you’ll discover he is the perfect blend of blues and country. I recommend “Daddy Doesn’t Pray Anymore” for a more country sound from him.

It really is great, how he manages to do the "pauses" to provide his thoughts/insights, but manages to not disturb the "flow" of the song... It's very well done!

New subscriber! Great reaction! Love Chris Stapleton! He is a unique talent. He is his own genre of music. He has a little something for everyone's taste. That voice in my opinion is unmatched. And a rare artist in that he is just as phenomenal live as recorded. You cannot go wrong with any Chris Stapleton song! So please more of Chris!! Also if you would like more country to check out try Home Free, they are classified as a country acapella group. But they do all genres of music. Some covers and originals. 5 of the most talented guys in music today in my opinion! Check out their cover of John Denver's Take me home Country Roads or their cover of Man of Constant Sorrow. Any song really. They are 100 percent acapella, with a world class beat boxer/ vocal percussionist Adam Rupp. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for your reaction!
A True story? Chris has been married since 2007. A good storyteller only has to have empathy. He/she does not need to experience everything.
Yes, country has soul & blues...plus other styles. The phrase "country music" is more like an umbrella for a variety of sub-genres.
The oldest bluesy country song, I can think of, is "Crazy" by Patsy Cline. That's 1961

One of my favorite country artists to see live is Keith Urban. He’s another one who “feels” his music and expresses it wholeheartedly.
