One of the greatest people in government is this Senator.
He’s truly doing what should be done by all members in government.
America needs to vote out the corruption in congress.
Here's hoping that if the Democrats win majority in both houses, he can go after SCOTUS corruption and enact actionable regulations on them

idk, sometimes you can accomplish more from the position you hold... become president does have benefits, but ultimately you are enacting a very different task as president as you are in the senate.
also, as mentioned, the money and political power already bought and paid by the billionaire donor class will never allow meaningful change to take place or affect their profit schemes. a captured SCOTUS, many of whom seem to associate privately with these donors, are proof justice in the USA is merely a factor of who has already purchased your judges. while i doubt party matters, currently the conservative appointments all have lingering financial impropriety or conflicts of interest to their names.

thank you. When the corporation pays for the third party arbitration, if it gets that far, who do you think they will judge for? This is true for bigger ticket crimes, for example, my bank now makes us sign an agreement for arbitration rather than court case if there's a problem.

I'm still waiting for Whitehouse and the Senate to call out Clarence for his failure to recuse, for possibly being the deciding vote to hear the 1/6 immunity appeal at all, kind of an important case isn't it?? Meanwhile MoveOn is struggling to raise money to buy coverage of the brazen C of I since they're not getting any help from the Senate or the media. I'm frustrated by the inaction, deeply frustrated.

Senator Whitehouse does raise genuine issues. An employment contract should not have a private arbitration clause at all. It impedes a worker's right to take collective action, and may violate the right to freedom of assembly, guaranteed by the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution. That violation is due to the contracting party, upon who the clause seeks to operate, is a (individual) citizen.
Disgraceful to see the Republican senators leaving the hearing as soon as a Democrat speaks.
