Actually zero point energy is the only solution but that's just not on the table.
stronger tailpipe emission regulation for new passenger vehicles and commercial transport is necessary, however, retroactively applying stricter standards on existing privately owned personal vehicles will be a punishment for those without the resources to upgrade .
