Love love the bendy elf..I have a beautiful story..we had one as a kid..well we were right in the middle of a tornado..our shed blew away and all of our ornaments went with it..me and my friends after the aftermath went searching corn field close by and I saw our bendy elf..its all we found..I still have it to this day..in my craft room in a cubby shelf..had to share that story lol😂…awesome haul❤
How awesome that you got to go inside the house for a tour! It's a bit overwhelming, yet still amazing! I'm glad you bought the old stuffed toys. I hope someone will love them. There's so many things for every different person's taste at that auction(s)!😮😊 What fun!
Wow. What a house! I hope someone saves it and makes it beautiful again. You got great stuff! I can only imagine what’s still inside! Love that you save items!
Thank you both so much, I was just mesmerized watching it all. You might think I am nuts, but I would be happy with some of the grungy, crispy old newspaper used to wrap things in boxes.
I like watching you and Chris going to auctions, loved it that Chris was up front and center today while you were showing what you bid on. Lol usually he’s standing back ❤❤
When you said "I cant say" and Chris popped in and said NO it made me laugh out loud. I would love to go thru that box of little elves etc. I still have mine from the 50's (ok yes I'm old) lol my brother's have theirs too. They always sat on Mom's Christmas tree branches
They sure collected a lot of different stuff 🤣❤️❤️I have my moms upright baby grand piano it’s all carved, over 100 years old , she bought it for 35$ 😳 wow, I love to play it, our girls took piano lessons, but needs to be tuned again ❤️
Oh my goodness! You two had me giggling today! “No” “is a Marshmallow tin” “football” “it’s not a ding-a-ling” 😂 LOVE seeing your personalities shine! I went running for those lucite candles…. You musty kept them, they are GORGEOUS!!!!! What a fascinating house! I think hearing about the dumpster I’d become a dumpster diver 😂
OMG🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤣🤣Now I’m humming “My Ding-A-Ling” by Chuck Berry 😂😂 But I was glad for the laugh because this man and all his treasures makes me sad. There’s a phrase that comes to mind, “One day we’ll all be just a story”. I love each video of these many auctions, I have seen many things I’d never seen before. Looking forward to how many more it will take to get rid of his lifetime collections ❤
I know I was like” careful carful “ that is usually why they don’t want people digging into the boxes, damaging items or theft. Especially with a phone in your hand it’s difficult to be as careful as you would be 2 hands. I love all the things though so much good stuff 😊
Oh that house!!! It would make a great bed and breakfast! I love old houses. Just bought the last elephant! It was probably made around the time my mom was born. I have her doll crib and kids ironing board. The elephant will look cute in the bed🥰.
As a reseller, that kind of auction is my dream! As a collector, that Holt Howard Santa cookie jar is on my want list. So glad you get to attend fun auctions like this, so I can live vicariously through you, LOL!
How cool that you were able to get into the haunted mansion. That man talked a mile a minute! You and Chris got some neat things. I love the big metal tail of a windmill thingy? So fun to hear Chris tease you. Have a wonderful week.❤️
Ohhhh. Ohhhhh. Ohhhhh! What an amazing place!! I was happy to see that you got the yellow glowy dish, the old stuffed animals, Christmas stuff and that windmill blade! Poor Chris, getting left behind like a bad habit for the house tour. Maybe another time.
so sad that the house is in such rough shape - hopefully someone can save it - just like you and Chris saved so many wonderful treasures. That would have been so fun to go through all the boxes.
Thanks for your videos ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I love old rusty things, there in my garden, 🤣thanks for you many great ideas❤️that’s was a beautiful house at one time
That house is pretty incredible as well as the auction goods. I’m not a stuffed animal type of person…but what you bought were absolutely precious pieces. I can’t wait for your Christmas vignettes. Yeah!
A friend’s brother just passed and he was a hoarder. Now his wife and daughter have all this to deal with on top of the grief. His hoard was at different places so they are now finding out there was stuff in other states. It’s sad as they were trying to fill a void in their hearts . Her brother was traumatized by the Viet Nam war😢
Yvonne you and Chris got some great stuff I can’t wait for Christmas vignettes you are amazing at making them Great job thank you for taking us along ❤😊
I like watching you and Chris going to auctions, loved it that Chris was up front and center today while you were showing what you bid on. Lol usually he’s standing back ❤❤- as for phones.. I swear they hear us all the time 😂it’s so strange sometimes
Good morning from Ireland 🇮🇪, what an awesome video! Love all the finds you guys have gotten from the haunted house 😮. Looking forward to seeing what you make with all the little elves and Christmas finds . You get to shop for amazing stuff. Love Chris’s sense of humour 😂 you are so good together ❤. Keep well until the next time ☘️
I am now 70 and I remember many years ago as a kid that joy dish soap had an elf on the side of the bottle, that's what some of those remind me of, you may want to check that out
I think you were actually right about the gentleman who owned the mansion. He may not been a real happy guy so buying anything he saw gave him some joy. Unfortunately I think he over did it LOL. I was happy to see parts of the inside of the house. I bet in its day it was beautiful inside. Being it was an antebellum house it had plenty of space to put all his goodies in. At its time I’m sure it was beautiful with those 4 tall pillars. Now down to business from the auction. You did very well n found some wonderful things. (I appreciate it when you think of us when it comes to you making your vignettes with all those cute Christmas vignettes.) it was nice to know that Chris also has other collections besides Budweiser. I think it’s cool he collects coins. To be honest I miss our silver coins. Back to the haunted mansion…. I was so amazed at how much stuff that was outside but what really got me what was still left in the house. You said there’s so much more in the basement. My heart really feels for that gentleman. Apparently he wasn’t happy in life unless he bought everything he saw. To think that joy he felt didn’t last long so he continued to buy more n more. I sure hope they’ll be able to save that house. It needs to be saved!! ♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍👍🌟🐈⬛🐈⬛
Wow this made me anxious to see how a man collected a mansion full of goods, so much it was hard to see the value, but very interesting . I was happy you took the stuffed animals to👌🏼
Wow. Now it's really gonna be a very interesting Christmas with the stuff you got, !!! Love the glass wear. Are you going to the next sale? I adore the stuffed animals. Thank you both for taking us along. God Bless , Hugsx2. Rebekah
I'm a clothing reseller but I like to see homes like this and watch Hoarders on A&E to remind myself that there's a fine line between health and illness. These places are so sad and horrifying. The human condition is fascinating. It's hard to believe people can live like this and function in society.
I love watching your videos! This one in particular made me sad that so many memories would be discarded…. I had those Christmas elves for my first married Christmas in the early 1970’s- my daughter eventually threw them away. She said that they were too creepy! As for the origins of that large copper/silver covered pitcher, I believe that it might be from India, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq or thereabouts. Thank-you for sharing your love of collecting 😊
Can’t wait for Christmas vignettes ❤
I think that red pilot bank is in the likeness of Charles Lindbergh
Love love the bendy elf..I have a beautiful story..we had one as a kid..well we were right in the middle of a tornado..our shed blew away and all of our ornaments went with it..me and my friends after the aftermath went searching corn field close by and I saw our bendy elf..its all we found..I still have it to this day..in my craft room in a cubby shelf..had to share that story lol😂…awesome haul❤
I would love to buy that home and turn it back into the beautiful home it once was.
Oh.. i hope someone does 💕
Oh what fun! My favorite is the kneehugger elves and the posable santa and the santa boots. Thank you for taking us along. 😊
Great haul! Sorry Chris missed seeing the house. He was disappointed, so hopefully he can go inside next auction.
How awesome that you got to go inside the house for a tour! It's a bit overwhelming, yet still amazing! I'm glad you bought the old stuffed toys. I hope someone will love them. There's so many things for every different person's taste at that auction(s)!😮😊 What fun!
The vintage gund musical Santa toy is from 1943. Looks like he is missing his mustache, but it is still very cute! Love it!
Loved the red bird
Wow. What a house! I hope someone saves it and makes it beautiful again. You got great stuff! I can only imagine what’s still inside! Love that you save items!
How neat to get to go in and see the house!
The amount of stuff in that house is unbelievable!
Thank you both so much, I was just mesmerized watching it all. You might think I am nuts, but I would be happy with some of the grungy, crispy old newspaper used to wrap things in boxes.
How wonderful you got to go into that fabulous mansion. When I saw the cloche on the table, I knew it had your name on it
So lucky to get a little tour, would be lovely if someone refinished it.
Nice little haul of goodies!❤
I like watching you and Chris going to auctions, loved it that Chris was up front and center today while you were showing what you bid on. Lol usually he’s standing back ❤❤
I loved your videos, I learned so much about vintage, primitive and old stuff. Thank you.
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching 💝
Oh my goodness!!!! You got inside!!! Amazing!
I needed a flashlight and more time😁🥰
That was awesome!! I hope that beautiful house gets saved!
Yes, "Chuckie's little sister bendy elf" Hilarious!
When you said "I cant say" and Chris popped in and said NO it made me laugh out loud. I would love to go thru that box of little elves etc. I still have mine from the 50's (ok yes I'm old) lol my brother's have theirs too. They always sat on Mom's Christmas tree branches
Loved the old stuffed lambs❤
Oh that house is so packed. I'm sure they didn't even know what treasures they have.
Love the mix of items!!
Loved this episode. The tour of the house was fun. Can’t wait to see your Christmas vignettes!!
Awesome!
They sure collected a lot of different stuff 🤣❤️❤️I have my moms upright baby grand piano it’s all carved, over 100 years old , she bought it for 35$ 😳 wow, I love to play it, our girls took piano lessons, but needs to be tuned again ❤️
Our daughter played the piano.. though she didn’t get to play on anything amazing like that. They seem to always need tuning.
Hope you got the marbles, some probably are uranium glass.
Wow. Created a little bit of anxiety in us watching thinking of all that stuff those auctioneers have to go thru. I can't imagine
Overwhelming but fantastic items
Such cool old finds hopefully they salvage that beautiful mansion
I loved the mansion!! Thank you for sharing your day!!!
You guys certainly hit the jackpot!! 😉 Ñice haúl!!

You musty kept them, they are GORGEOUS!!!!! What a fascinating house! I think hearing about the dumpster I’d become a dumpster diver 😂
I was thinking the same thing!
We love watching your videos in the evenings
OMG🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤣🤣Now I’m humming “My Ding-A-Ling” by Chuck Berry 😂😂 But I was glad for the laugh because this man and all his treasures makes me sad. There’s a phrase that comes to mind, “One day we’ll all be just a story”. I love each video of these many auctions, I have seen many

Careful
I know I was like” careful carful “ that is usually why they don’t want people digging into the boxes, damaging items or theft. Especially with a phone in your hand it’s difficult to be as careful as you would be 2 hands. I love all the things though so much good stuff 😊
So glad you got the old stuffed toys. Great day💖And you got a tour of the house.
Oh that house!!! It would make a great bed and breakfast! I love old houses. Just bought the last elephant! It was probably made around the time my mom was born. I have her doll crib and kids ironing board. The elephant will look cute in the bed🥰.
I would be so
Lost trying to
Look and remember if that box was what I wanted or not. I have never been to an auction! I just see them with you.
As a reseller, that kind of auction is my dream! As a collector, that Holt Howard Santa cookie jar is on my want list. So glad you get to attend fun auctions like this, so I can live vicariously through you, LOL!
Wow!!!!! That’s a big house and lots and lots of stuff. You found some great stuff. Hopefully someone will buy the mansion and fix it back up .
The money box looks like Charles Lindeburg
i love the yellow glower.
How cool that you were able to get into the haunted mansion. That man talked a mile a minute! You and Chris got some neat things. I love the big metal tail of a windmill thingy? So fun to hear Chris tease you. Have a wonderful week.❤️

so sad that the house is in such rough shape - hopefully someone can save it - just like you and Chris saved so many wonderful treasures. That would have been so fun to go through all the boxes.
You can use spackle to fix the Santa head. I've used it, let it dry...finger sanded it and painted....
Thanks for your videos ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I love old rusty things, there in my garden, 🤣thanks for you many great ideas❤️that’s was a beautiful house at one time
Oh.. to be able to see it in its day❤️

I remembered it… just couldn’t remember what it was called… 🫤
I like watching you and Chris going to auctions, loved it that Chris was up front and center today while you were showing what you bid on. Lol usually he’s standing back ❤❤- as for phones.. I swear they hear us all the time 😂it’s so strange sometimes

The metronome is great.it must be hard to dig through the boxes.
