Absolutely genius! I was looking for this exact setup for almost two years now since I got my fcb1010, I thought about eureka eprom upgrade, custom making a python control surface script for it, making all kinds of different templates but that's just so elegant and beautiful exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for this seriously you made my useless piece of junk fcb1010 into a piece of pure gold
Hey the FCB1010 Expression pedals need to be calibrated (so this is a FCB1010 hardware 'issue') - here is a tutorlal on how to this: ruclips.net/video/qFOxX3mCzYU/видео.html
Hey man, been using your FCB device in conjuction with the One Button Live Looper for a little bit now and I encountered an issue. Wondering if you would have any advice as to how to fix it When activating the looper to record on a track that has the Arturia Analog Lab 4 plugin, I find that after hitting the green Play Button, it automatically changes the sample I'm using within the Analog Lab 4 plugin. Basically it's like this 1. I hit record on the live looper for my Analog Lab 4 track 2. I record the instrument 3. I hit play or record again 4. Within Analog Lab 4, the sample changes to a completely different one It's strange! If you have any suggestions I'm open to whatever. Otherwise I'll be looking for a workaround. Thanks man! Great devices!
Hey it sounds like you should check what MIDI you are sending into the track your Arturia is sitting on - e.g. if you select only the MIDI input which should go in there your FCB shouldn't change anything on this track. Keeping MIDI routing clean is the key here I guess.
@@abletondrummerthat fixed it! I had the Arturia track set to All Ins but I just needed to change it to my MIDI keyboard. Thanks bro! Keep up the good work!
Hey the looper start and re-loop synchronise as they are both listening the Ableton Live's Global Quantisation which (per default) is set to one bar in this video. That means if you hit record or re-loop it will do this on the next count of one.
Hi, your Max for Live devices seem to be cool but ... a little bit expensive for me : 22$ for One Button Live Looping device and 15$ for FCB 1010 Foot Control device. I am not saying that they are not worth them but that, for my part, it represents too high a cost for my budget.

thx mate! Would love to see what you music you are coming up with this. If you post anything on your socials please tag @abletondrummer - Cheers
YES! The long awaited follow up! Thank you so much!!!
Very appreciated. Exactly what I was looking for a long time. Thank you!
I've been playing with this for over a week now and it is Godsend!
In addition with the fixed length device it's looping made easy ;)
If you got any vids to share using the One Button Looper I would love to see that in action
@@abletondrummer I'll try to make something over the weekend ;)
Could be a bit postponed, but I'll share something on socials in the following weeks.
Man, you make great music... Hello from Russia
thx mate!
When mapping the expression pedals to wet / dry amounts on fx I can’t get a zero value for completely off. Is there a way to set this ? Thanks!

Does the 2 looper always synchronized? Or is it only because you managed to press on it at the right moment?
