Not quite 8,000 steps according to my FitBit Sense 2 but it comes pretty close. 7813 steps, 52 active zone minutes with 8 in vigorous and peak zones. 3.11 miles and 743 calories burned. Overall I loved this workout. Oh I used 5lb weights with some of the moves so that would explain the extra calories burned. I will be doing more of these. II worked up a good sweat without hurting my body.
My only workout for today and I am not disappointed... This walking workout was perfect for a holiday weekend and as I said before I love the long walking workouts on Sunday... According to my Samsung Watch set to walking mode I completed 8,886 steps and burned 364 calories... Happy 4th weekend...

Will do it at noon ...even though with good deit and work out no effect is coming on my weight sadly .....but I'm not leting it go .... let see who is more stubborn my weight or me;-)
Just be consistent don't give up .check the weight for every 2 weeks.bring changes in diet and amount of food esp carbs .after 2 months u will surely see the result. Some fats are so stubborn. But don't give up
Don't give up it took me a year with consistency and right diet to see the best results.. still a work in progress.. a little advice don't weigh yourself often.. do measurements for a while
Good morning Friend, The fact you can stay on your feet for over an hour says a lot about your overall fitness which is FAR more important than the number on a scale. What you can physically do and accomplish far exceeds a number ❤️

(Infact I would advise you to step off your scale and measure your physical activity on a daily basis.) At the end of the day it's all about how you are feeling on the inside. Feeling lousy and having a low energy but hitting the "magic number" on the scale doesn't do you or anyone any good. The more energy you have...the more you can produce...the more you can provide not just for yourself but for others around you. We all want to offer helping a hand and the only way we can do that is by taking care of ourselves in the most healthy way possible 🤗

A new favorite! 700 cal + 7,921 steps. The pace was perfect! It allowed me to do all 7 rounds in 1 session. Only you can get me to exercise for 70 minutes. Thank you!
