For me.. I cook masak lemak cili api ayam use negeri sembilan recipe which just blender cili n kunyit hidup,masuk kan air, serai , daun kunyit n asam keping then ayam n last santan..tak payah tumis..no onions..lebur je semua bahan😊

Masak lemak negeri smbilan sy lg smple cili, serbuk kunyit, santan adam keping kalau ayam letak la kalau ikan tk santan dh senang masak lebur je semua 😂
First time tgk org tumis dulu bawang utk masak lemak cili padi (read: khairul amin's bcs atisha simply refers to his recipe) bcs usually we dont. Rebus naik ja semua. Mudah :)

Hi Athisha! Tried this recipe, and this is the second time made this dish and never added tamarind before because I don't see it often in online recipes but it does give a nice tangy taste to it (i accidentally put too much so I added extra water 😂). Thanks for sharing, will make it again!

living and studying in moscow is forever hard to get malaysia or asian ingredients but you still can get some like cili padi,serai or even santan at local supermarket called ashan. it’s a bit expensive here but better than nothing right?
