My son speaks fast like you. He’s nearly 40 and I’ve learned to really pay attention to his speech because he has amazing knowledge to share. As do you. Thank you.

I work in sales and im very methodical with what i tell my customers, but get me with my sister and parents and i talk at least 3 x faster and non stop.

My adult son and I both talk so fast that people can't understand what we're saying. My husband always tells me to slow down because he say's that my whole sentence sounds like one word. I speed up videos all the time because I feel like it's going way to slow and sometimes, I feel like I'm trying to pull words out of people for the same reason which I realize can be seen as rude, so I try really hard not to do that. My son has 4 children with my one Grandson being diagnosed with Autism at age 3. He started ABA Therapy and rapidly caught up with his speech, but he gets really upset with big, crowded places and can have a meltdown as we call them. I kind of wonder if maybe my son and I could have it. My Grandon is highly intelligent at 6 with numbers and really loves video games like his father which he has a hard time detaching from to do other activities. He is a total sweetheart of a little person who loves to have his back rubbed which is also a trait in my son and I.
