- Our objective is to reconcile the hearts of the muslims upon what is pleasing to Allah, but these people are acting as if they’re people of knowledge and passing fatawa to the english speaking world. I’m happy that Mohammed Hijab has made his position clear on this matter, let’s see how they respond to Ustadh Abdurrahman Hassan’s point. Here are some of the scholars mentioned:

M. Hijab is mislead/liar ikwani. Proved in hadith, Alhamdulilah, Prophet peace & blessings on him said those who rebel on Muslim rulers are kariji dogs + **ijma Sahaba**, There were 2 Baya'a & Kawarij was the 3rd group who left the baya in the hadith (below). Ijma Sahaba is Ijma. Hasan united them.
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) as saying:
**There would be two groups (bayas) in my Ummah, and there would emerge another group (Kawarij** - seceding itself from both of them), and the party nearer to the truth (Ali) among the two would k*ll them (the group of the Khawarij).
- Sahih Muslim 1065, Book of Zakat
Plus in the hadith above (Muslim book of Zakat 1065) it says My Ummah will be 2 groups... - this shows the Quran 4 : 80 -ish ayat applies, it was 2 Muslim groups, not kuruj.
Ali was governor of Iraq and Mu'awiyah was governor of Syria, after the assassination of Uthman, both took Baya were legitimate rulers though Hadith shows one was closer to truth (Ali).
Additional point there should be one baya in each area, and one for overall Ummah :

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) say:
**When you are holding to one single man as your leader, you should k*ll who seeks to undermine your solidarity or disrupt your unity.**
Sahih Muslim 1852, Book of Gov't.
**Ibn Abbas when faced with the Kawarij said there is no Sahaba Among you...** - Al Hakim Mustadark 2/163 , also in : Islamic Aqidah & it's history , by Muhammad Aman al Jami.
- **So in conclusion, you Mr. Hijab are wrong, there is Ijma,** Sahabas Radiyallahu anhum had it, no Kuruj what so ever, the blame is put on the third group based on their actions, with no Sahaba read Ibn Taymiya.:
"**The companions on the day of jamal did not intend to fight** h/e fighting took place without their choice. When Ali, Talha zubayr were exchanging messages with each other, they intended an agreement for the overall benefit. And if they were to become consolidated, they would then seek the punishment upon the ones that k*lled Uthman, ppl of fitnah.
The k*llers of Uthman feared that Ali would make an agreement and apprehend the k*llers **so they in turn attacked instigated the two parties** and in turn Ali thinking they were attacking him so he attacked them defending so then the battle took place without their choice.

There was an ijma after the fitna of Ibn Al Ash’ath that rebellion against an oppressive ruler is haram. If you deny this, then you need to show why Bukhari was wrong when he stated an ijma of 1000 scholars of his his time.
This ijma affirmed by over 33 scholars by name. Imam Al Bukhari affirmed an ijma over 1000 scholars of his time, either prove why he’s wrong or stop waffling.

@@أبوشغل That's true, it;s more better to take the comment regarding their intention because it can be that they are sincere but lack of knowledge got a better hold of them. Everyone of us may fall into errors, try to bring muslim back to the straight path, pointing at their intention might push them even far from truth . Imagine they were sincere and due to jahl this error happened and they saw such comment which they know it's false that they themself don't want fame and they might reject the whole message together of this. They contradicted themselves in this video. They said the asl is to have sabr, but then after the ulema will look at the masalih and mafasid. This is a major contradiction because those who say have sabr believe khurooj is haram, and those who say look at masalih and mafasid believe khurooj is permissible. So to combine the two views together is clear confusion and ignorance.
