@@mrjazz5294 while what you're saying is true it's not the reason why top athletes don't train legs, it's mostly because it would take them hours of training that they could use to improve their performances. There are plenty of athletes who have massive legs and can still perform hard exercises

And perhaps this guy is covering them because not everyone likes to see hairy legs on the video. Also calves are hardest to develop especially with pure body weight. You can get them really strong but they wont look big, even Arnold hid his calves on photos in his early days,
How is this only 28k views, then some of the big channels post a vid on supersets for huge armz and get hundreds of thousands of views, what a joke. The RUclips fitness community as a whole is generally made up of noobs who have no clue, and therefore don’t appreciate how elite this guy in the video is. This noob demand drives the behaviour of content creators to keep putting out magazine style content with fear mongering titles

@@papertowel3472 there is a person doing one arm front lever pull up hold. It is probably possible to do with a touch, but very hard at the same time. Takes some serious dedication and talent
