+Евгений Щербина Iwill always look at this movie before I go to gym... Motivation as fuck... one hand pullup with 24kg its just insane :D unbelievable... And I have 190cm so its similiar ... but im so happy that i can do 1-2 one arm pullups :D
Евгений Щербина u still training bro, got any tips? What's was your training routine when you first started. I can do handstands that's it. I'm 6ft4 former body builder gone from 124kg down to 105kg. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Currently doing yoga / kettle bells and handstands
Wow, didn't expect that. Being 1,91cm myself I haven't seen that before. Front lever, human flag...and those OAPUs (these don't have much to do with size I guess)?!?! Respect for showing this! Very very inspirational
I´m not a Monster... but also 197cm and do Calisthenics ! Respect Dude ! Now, I have no longer excuseses like : I can´t do and will never do Muscle-ups ! Because, I´m to tall !!!!!
This is just amazing ... that clean front lever .. that handstand on the bar and OAP I`M JUST IN FUCKING SHOCK ! Huge respect for him, really that`s incredible. Everything is possible, peace brothers !
Never seen someone so tall doing front lever/human flag. I am wondering that is straddle or normal planche possible for tall guys ? This video is really amazing and it gives power to workout even harder ! I'm 187cm and i'm aware of how difficult it is ! Respect !
Holy shit. Thought that this would be a story of someone getting good at Pull-Ups or something. Not a beast who does 12 fucking OAPull-Ups and 1 with 24kg added weight! This dude has insane strength, just great to see :)
He really has insane pulling strenght! Those weighted OAP and Pull ups, sick! If he's 2 meters he also must be quiet heavy? Do you know his weight Adam?
+An Nguyen it depends, weight is difficult to estimate. He probably will be around 80kg for sure. Im just curious. He s a real beast ! If u can pull up with 95kg and do weighted oap (with fkng 24kg!!😱) its insane. Lots of respect. Plus holding a front lever at 2meters tall is also very impressive. I am 188cm and its super hard to hold it with good form. Anyway like i said, nothing but respect (and motivation for me haha)
***** I would say somewhere around 95kg he i 2m.. I'm 1,90 and have 94kg... and I'm not fat.. but however very impressive.. Frontlevers and other thing @ 2m...
Igor Ivanovic Every move is an abs move...this is calistenics! What do you think you need for human flag or front lever :) (apart from sick strength in almost all your muscles) Six pack comes automatically if you train like those beasts and eat right. Good luck
čau Adam chcem sa opýtať ako dlho si už cvičil keď si dal ľudskú vlajku a ak môžeš tak mi poraď aký sval najviac na to potrebuješ aby som to cvičil vopred Ďakujem za odpoveď
I am 194, 85, eating carrots and veggies almost no meat, can do front lever but my one arms are total shit compared to his. Still, from the looks of it I say he is more 90
Why should tall People struggle with pull ups? This is nonsense. Everyone can do pullups no matter how tall. You just need to train them. This guy is awesome and the Best example.
Yeah but this is not a legit reason. So short People should squat better than tall people? But all short People i know and i work as a Fitness coach. Squat so Bad almost all tall People squat better. Your body addepts to everything. If you do your pull ups every day or every second for a long time. Your muscles and your joints will work perfecrly together to pull you body up. They generate the Same amount of strength as anybody. And this guy is the Best example you cant say you are to tall for pull ups you only can be lazy as fuck
You just dont understand want im trying to say. If you want to be good at something it fucking dors Not matter how fucking tall you are!!! Whats impossible? Aint a damn thing! There are no excuses for a something you cant say "omg im 7 feet tall pull ups are so Hard for me i am so Bad at pull ups because my Arms are so looooong ill stop doing then because im tall" i give a shit what you think really! No excuses for anything even if it is harder so the achivment is even better and more worth! Keep beliving in excuses. Ill stop commenting on that! No excuses only Beastmode!
Haris Zukic With longer humerus the torque over the elbow joint compounds according to basic physics. Of course it's not so pronounced with pullups, but achieving a front lever or planche gets exponentially harder the taller you are.
+Bamboo training have an american ninja warrior contestant squat or deadlift 2x bodyweight. The people who do well in those are clearly very strong and work hard but they excel at manipulating low bodyweight with purely upper-body strength. I think the lack of well-roundedness is why people are critical of it. People are critical of calisthenics because people who practice them often try to devalue weight training and progressive overload. This guy is training weighted pull-ups (aka weightlifting) because manipulating weight heavier than your body is obviously the logical way to become better at manipulating your own bodyweight. It never makes sense when people tout pure bodyweight manipulation as tantamount to strength.
Thank you all for such warm comments. I am very pleased to read it all. It is a big motivation for me to continue my training.
+Евгений Щербина yes brother never finish, never step back, only forward!
+Евгений Щербина Iwill always look at this movie before I go to gym... Motivation as fuck... one hand pullup with 24kg its just insane :D unbelievable... And I have 190cm so its similiar ... but im so happy that i can do 1-2 one arm pullups :D

Mad respect Evgeny, this is a great motivation for my OACU journey.
This guy is one of the best. Maybe the best because it's extremely difficult for such a tall person!
haven't seen anything from him in a long time. real beast. thanks for sharing
He's probably the tallest person ever to do a front lever
Nikita hax even more probable: the tallest person to go from muscle up to handstand on a bar and perform 2 HSPU's !!!
Nikita hax I also measured 2 meters and I can do the front lever too ! :) I have worked for months and months but it was very very difficult
Nikita hax There are plenty of 6 foot tall people that can do the planche. Many more that can do the front lever.
iLLUMiNATi32492 Give me a list please.
iLLUMiNATi32492 Yes. But 6 foot is only 1,80cm haha

I'm 1,95 meter tall and it's hard to enhance my pullups capacities even if I'm training hard every day !
