It was a truly marvelous evening, and I had such a terrific time in the front row, right in front of Laura-Mary (actually wanted to be more over on Steven’s side, but those were all occupied by the time I got in - anyways, had the perfect view, IMHO). Was soaken wet and all sweaty by the end, and also had a terrible headache from moshing my head around too much, but it was all soooo damn worth it. Hope you also enjoyed yourselves up there on the balcony. And thanks so much to Blood Red Shoes for doing all of this for two effing decades (can you believe that? … how time flies by…)! Here’s to the next twenty years! Once again, thx 4 preserving this wonderful event for all us and also those who (for whatever reasons) couldn't attend, wish you a relaxing weekend, and best wishes from Hamburg! 👍❤
@@berlin.concert.connoisseur - No problem, you're welcome... I think a friend of mine was standing right next to you, up there - he told me right after the show, that there was this one guy who had attached his camera / cellphone to the metal bars of the balcony railing (I'm highly suspecting that *might* have been you... 😉), and had filmed the whole show... we were wondering if that one would eventually be uploaded to youtube. So glad that it was, and you were pretty fast with doing so, also. I mean, we weren't even back home in (the close vicinity of) Hamburg by the time you put it up here...😄
Thank you for the recording ! It was a blast in my opinion compared to Paris (Steven thinks that Paris was better) and even more London (the crowd was just static)
Yeah well, dunno what you guys voted for, but best expect the unexpected... 😉 Didn't some french fans vote for a song by some other artist and suggest that Blood Red Shoes should do a cover version of that one, actually? Or am I just confusing it with something else I might have accidentally picked up on the internet? Anyways, I bet it's gonna be just great in Paris, and hope you'll be having the time of your life. Best wishes from Allemagne, and have a nice weekend! 👍
Take The Weight ..go way back on this tour please and play some really old classics..oh and how about Sleepless...you can do these as a 4 piece now easy
Might be helpful (I'm not a musician, so I can't really have a substantiated opinion regarding that matter). Sound was very good, overall - not just the guitar sound, but the whole mix in general. Even directly in front of the stage, where I was standing. Probably a bit better in the back (sometimes, I just thought the mix would have benefited if they'd have turned the vocals up just a tiny little bit - I generally like it if the vocals are not that loud and dominating over everything else, but last night they sometimes got a bit lost in the mix, IMHO. But maybe that was just a personal problem of mine, or only did occur right in front of the stage, since here on the recording the vocals sound pretty loud, to be honest). But that's just silly nitpicking. So, no complaints from my side. Anyways, have a nice weekend, and best wishes from germany. *Edit-To-Add* : I just picture-googled the pedal you suggested, and as I'm no musician, as I said before, I can't really tell the difference, but I vividly remember one of her pedals to have the words "cry baby" engraved on it (didn't know this logo was pre-fabricated, thought it might have been custom-made, just like the words "Murder One" on Lemmy's Bass Amp) - maybe that *is* the one you mentioned? You can actually see that pedal in the vid - it's the second one from the left in the top row (if seen from stage front) - the black one with the white "print". So, she might already have that one in use. 😉 For a better look at the "cry baby" pedal I was referring to also see here: ruclips.net/video/smXL_Srffdk/видео.html

So hyped to see them in Paris Friday
Thanks for uploading
Should've made the room in my schedule... And some filler on my bank account to see them!
Smaller venue, being intimately near to the band... That´s the way I like concerts.

May I suggest a 95q wah. Darn those switches on a loud stage. Sounds killer though 😊
