*I love how Queen Elizabeth was a President.*
Now kids, who was the first President of the United States of America?
George Washington!
No
John Hancock!
No
Queen Elizabeth!
Right!
@@videogra5645 Lol The British Queen Is our leader
@@CaptainBuckeyeYT shes not the "leader" shes the head of our sovereign states, america doesnt have her, in UK she doesn't hold much executive power
I thought you meant Queen Elizabeth 2
@Jesse Shaffer They’re talking about Queen Elizabeth I.
Amazing! Especially love the population clock. The slowdown around the great depression seems accurate.
Where is the pic of George Washington.
Was waiting for the part in the video where the Europeans took the native Americans land

This is by far the best mapping of the history of USA I have ever seen comapre to other ones that look like amatures, I also like how detailed the map is. You deserve a reward.
I do believe that is mostly because the majority of the ones you see were made years and years ago, before a large portion of the mappers cemented their style
@@KentoKei yeah true
Yes I would say that
I love how connecticut was literally bordering the great lakes at one time.

Great video man. Especially the population clock. Could you do more from other countries?
I did.

Yeah, but to really take it all in I had to slow it down to 1/2 speed and pause several times. Took about 20 minutes to get through it.

Really cool! Did USA actually own ellesmere island?
I searched and nothing is mentioned on the wikipedia or britannica page, though on a canadian encyclopedia it was mentioned that the island was widely explored by a series of American expeditions from 1881-1884. So technically, no it was never owned or occupied by the United States, though it was inhabited by American explorers during that time.

Why is there no Picture from George Washington?🤔
A weird mistake happend during render.
In 1513 Ponce de leon was one or if not the first persons to land on USA calling the land where he arived la Florida ( meaning a land with lots of flowers)
And in september of 1565 Mendez de aviles founded saint agustine on that same state. So we could say where the america went Spain was already there.

Empire Total war music I love it lol
whats the name of the battle song in the begining
George Washington no photos?
What ?
You mean portrait? Photos won’t be a thing until the invention of cameras in the 1830s.
WHY DID it SAY president insteed of King.
Because they aren’t kings, they are presidents, Kings are titles “given” by god being passed down to their sons (sometimes eldest daughter) Presidents are democratically elected by basically everyone.
Where did you get the maps?
Missouri didn't start off with the northwest corner. That part wasn't added until several years later

USA now: you hurt my feeling
Yeah but nowadays an opportunity for war rarely presents itself. USA spends too much on military if you ask me.
you noticed that the United States did not have huge tragedies on its territory?
Yes it's the case
That's why over 400 years old America can be more powerful than over 1000 years old Poland, or Lithuania...
@@qubek533 Having nothing but stone age primitives between you and any territory you wish to claim and settle also helps, and the only people who could put up any semblance of resistance are either restrained by a foreign government or are so chaotic and plagued with infighting they can't organize a proper defense when they foolishly decide to piss off their stronger, more organized and united neighbor.
Then there's the fact that the USA is the same people as the UK early on, so when you think of it, it was built by a culture MUCH older than 250 years by the mid-1800s
empire total war music is noice

I think it's missing New Haven? Also Massachusetts would be Massachusetts Bay as a colony/province; Delaware I believe was also like a sub-colony of Penn. for a while too.
Another thing, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia were also part of Mass. Bay for a few years in the late 1600s as well.
Also I think Vermont controlled most of Vt. proper in the 1780s, especially given that their first constitution was made in Bennington, which is the south of the state (for some reason shown as N.Y. until the 1790s).
There were a bunch of disputes between states like Ct. and Penn. (they also ceded lands west of the Western Reserve in ~1786), as well as Mass. and N.Y. in the 1780s
did you use the Barney song!!?????
