I really like this song, I know lots of people have problems with Engrish but I really didn't, the visuals and the song seem the power fullest of all the openings to me.
This show was amazing all the way till the end I'm glad my friend recommended it to me and how the show never forces an answer down your throat you choose which government style to root for Yang's Democratic Republic ideals or Reinhard's Autocracy that could become another goldenbaum.

In their defense, I don't think they expected many non-Japanese to ever watch the show. See how long it took to get the show licensed in North America. We can't get LoGH on video soon enough...
I like it very much. It surprises me (and annoys me at the same) to know that LoGH is not popular, while some other bad shonen/stupid schoolgirl animes receive a lot of attention and hype from the public. -_-
jorgekorke That is in part due to the fact that because the anime premiered in the late 80's-90's, there was no need to advertise. I think more people will know about it soon since I heard there will be another adaptation for 2017. That and people prefer anime with more simplistic concepts.
@@ChileanBydloScum watched naruto right after legend of the galactic heroes both are amazing shows for different reasons imo logh is the greatest show of all time but that doesnt mean everything should be held up to its standard. Shounen serve as a great platform for themes that even logh couldnt properly display.

I loved this series, but I felt the ending was a bit lacklustre. If only there was a timeskip that concluded things a bit better. Who knows, maybe one day we will get an Alexander & Felix spin-off series
It's meant to end open-ended. I didn't like it at first too, but considering the story is told as if it's a history book, it's quite literally just another page in the history of the galaxy.

The Japanese Engrish does have certain charm that worked for this song.
Because of this I always hear that they pray to the bloodiest star of the heavenly screen xD
But from what I heard they used the same singer for all the other ops before this and in those ops she sang in perfect English.

My sentiment exactly! I dont know what it is, upon first hearing it I was kind of repulsed but I somehow got accustomed to it and found some enjoyment from it over time as the episodes progressed. Although I will say it ranks below the 3 other openings for me personally

I loved this series, but I felt the ending was a bit lacklustre. If only there was a timeskip that concluded things a bit better.
Who knows, maybe one day we will get an Alexander & Felix spin-off series
It's meant to end open-ended. I didn't like it at first too, but considering the story is told as if it's a history book, it's quite literally just another page in the history of the galaxy.
