I was very impressed by your fans I know there's always that bit of slagging off from either sides during games but I was saying to my mate that it was the biggest away crowd I've seen for some time :) just made the atmosphere even better..

Yepp we should, there are a few other teams in the championship and league one that should be top flight (even though it kills me to say it but both Leeds United and Sheffield United should be up there too) be some cracking derby games :)

I'm in the same spot the last time I had a season ticket in 2004/05 when we got promoted the last year was my first season ticket since then because of work and I'm sooooo glad I missed jobs hahahaa only downside with where I sit is the big support that blocks our view slightly

Tell ya what, i miss these times, this was the first game of the season after losing to you at Wembley. I was at Wembley too and even though we lost it was an amazing day, couldnt do anything about that goal (it was a worldie) The stadium has been far from this for sometime now.

The band has always been the point of debate through our fan base, during the season before this the band definately helped the atmosphere. This game was the first game of the season after us narrowly missing out on promotion, so everybody was still pumped up! Sadly it started going back downhill. Thanks for your comment :)

Just done a bit of research on the chant 'we're on our way' and technically the closest version of that was sung in 1969 western musical 'Paint Your Wagon' even though it is called 'I'm on my way' it sounds pretty much the same as the modern day version... very interesting to find out so it originates in Broadway, perhaps Birmingham started it in football but it was 'ROBBED' from a musical 😁😁😁

Yeah it’s certainly a turn around in the wrong direction from this game. We only have ourselves to blame, bad business management and poor performances also giving away a daft penalty but hopefully we can rebuild and go again, we need to aim for 1st place non of this playoff nonsense again haha
@@Mrwells4Q sometimes getting relegated can be a god send. Clears out the bad apples from the club and can start a fresh. Glad Villa got relegated beforehand as it got rid of our crappy owner and lots of players just there for a paycheque now we’re the best I’ve seen us in years. Good luck for the future
