He helped me get over this person that I thought I would never get over. He drives me crazy, but that's because he teaches me about myself every day.
I've found mine but he's a runner and it's ripping me apart. I feel him so strong but he's not awake yet. It's so hard knowing he's so close but yet so far still. I send him prayers and love daily.

I've had that happen too. My issue is that I thought I had found my TF years ago, but it was always a cat and mouse game. We went to the same HS and later reconnected after that, while we were both in relationships. We saw each other in person a few times over the last 20+ years but never acted on our feelings other than to admit them. Two yrs ago he pulled away again and stopped talking, texting etc...after that, i met someone online that i immediately connected with, who pulled away for a short while, but then reconnected last summer. We have been txting on and off nonstop, but again, we are both in relationships....and I'm not sure which one of these two is my real TF....i feel love connections with both but not with the first as much since he pulled away. I've read so much information on TF that I'm thoroughly confused. They both feel "like home" to me. Help?!
I tried this last night and my guy actually came to my work this morning and stopped in to say Hi!! He’s been playing real hard to get lol. But he is the one I have been waiting for and I know Spirit brought him to me. Now let’s see where we go from here. ❤️
Reading these comments below has helped me realize it’s okay to be on the journey I am on. It’s just so hard because I’m not patient. I have had a longing for “the one” my whole entire life. I recently got out of a 7 year relationship and once it was over I started seeing synchronicities everywhere. My TF’s birthday is the day I ended that relationship. I met my twin flame through a dating site and I knew right away that I had to know him. His eyes and his smile were just...i couldn’t look away. Once we met in person...it was like time stopped. I haven’t seen him since. It’s been over a month now. He’s been traveling and working. He’s definitely the runner. This process has been unreal to me. There are days on end where we go without talking to each other but I wake up thinking about him. I think about all of the things I want to tell him but I can’t because he hasn’t been receptive. He mirrored my feelings for days after we met in person, but then started running. I continue to walk along the path my angels have sent me on. I trust that everything will happen at the right timing. I just never knew I could feel like this. We barely “know” each other in this realm, but I feel like I’ve known him forever. My longing for him runs so deeply. I know he thinks about me, I have that gut feeling. I just wish there wasn’t anything keeping us apart anymore. I still can’t believe what I’ve been feeling is real. I love him. How is that possible?!?! I’ve question if this was obsessed plenty of times. But I can’t help the thoughts that come to my mind.

I did this meditation twice before going to bed. The first time he just showed up at our spot we usually go to. The 2nd time he showed up here at my place. I love him so much.. soon we will be together and hopefully he leaves the toxic relationship he is in.
I felt the most intense chills, rushes of energy, & swirling in my chakras..then I started thinking instead of feeling & lost the connection somewhat-but now I know it's there! Thank you for sharing this!
The critical thinking mind is the real obstacle in any meditation - I think its that part of us that wants to control everything - but well done for getting a result, the fact that you now know it's there is an important positive step. :)
Wow. Absolutely amazing. I have never felt so connected to my twin durning a guided meditation. I felt his hand in mine and I could see his intoxicating brown eyes staring deeply into mine. We are in separation right now, but it felt like he was literally laying right next to me. Thank you so much for this uplifting experience. loved this I actually cried with mixed emotions. old wounds came up and I dealt with them and shifted focuse to all our good memories. my union is only weeks away. really needed this as the last hurdle is the harder part... waiting but totally focused on me thanks.
I did this meditation for the first time last night and all I can say is wow!! I cried because it felt so beautiful, my twin is a runner right now. He has things he needs to take care of before we can be together again. I woke up feeling nothing but love for my twin again. I feel our connection again and not just when he's hurting or sad.
So, I'm fairly new to meditation. I've tried a few guided meditations, but I never felt as connected as I have with this one. I know my twin. We have met. We don't live close, but we were able to meet in person for a couple of days over a year ago. He broke up with me last January & I haven't heard from him. He's running. I know he thinks of me and misses me. I can feel his emotions at those times. I've been trying to raise my vibration, think positive, & pull him back to me. This meditation really touched my heart. It was just like when we were together in person. When I opened my eyes after the session was over, tears rolled down my cheeks. I hadn't even realized I was crying. I hope he comes back soon. It's so hard with him away from me. Thank you for this.
Wow this is very powerful. I just had a strong cup of tea to give me a last boost of energy before bed.. I found this video and thought I would play it just briefly to use properly tomorrow. Considering I had just had a boost of caffeine I thought I would sit in the chair for a few mins to see what it was like. My eyes became heavy and within seconds I was lost in this audio. Eyes seeing patterns and the relaxation took over completely. just as you before you mentioned feeling with in the body I felt an ache in my tummy. I felt my heart rate slow down and I couldn't wake up. Truly amazing. If only my phone hadn't rung to wake me up!!!..... I had only reached 15 mins of listening so I took the headphones off and drifted back to sleep off dreaming of txts and communication of a relationship. It was an accident that I listened that long. I will be returning tomorrow to listen properly while laying down to meditate with full focus. Just wanted to say powerful extremely calming even on a full cup of caffeine! lol. Amazing x
I tried this out. Opened my eyes and they were really heavy. Near the end I felt a stabbing pain on my right side of my lower back. I've been told who my twin flame is while in the chaser runner stage by a psychic and asked many psychics about him. We'd feel each others emotions alot and once when he messaged me that he was sick, I suddenly felt sick to my stomach and threw up. I foundout he now works lifting heavy boxes. A psychic told me he needs to relax because it could result in some injuries and ache. So I thought of that when I suddenly had the lower back pain. Then I could feel almost like a hand on my hand. And then I could feel what felt like someone holding onto my arm. Went to sleep and wokeup covered in aches and pains in my back and arms, as if I've been lifting heavy boxes. Slept again and then all those aches went away.
Wow! This was absolute POWER, when we were together in this meditation the energy was explosive the same energy we have together in beginning before blocks started coming up, the same pure explosive energy from the beginning but amplified 10 fold 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I'm the chaser, and now that I feel ready, now I am starting to be scared. This coming back together is something that I've wanted so badly for so long that now that I feel so so close to it, I'm afraid of how intense the love will be. As if my body will feel so amazing that I won't be able to hold myself anymore. Like the inner me will take over and I have no control over how much I expose to him. This amazing and intense love I have for him is so strong that I am now quite scared because I feel like union is coming up any moment now. This is normal right? I'm not like loosing my mid here am I?
Twin Flame love is intense Christina, the kundalini energy that flows and is awakened is incredibly powerful. I speak from experience when I say - feeling as if you loosing your mind is part of this experience, and so --- take things slowly, one step at a time and trust that it will all work out the way it is meant to. Christina Tholstrup I hope and pray you guys have reunited. I met my twin and I have these strong feelings towards him I’ve never felt. I will ask him if it’s the same for him but he won’t say. But I def know the feelings between us is crazy intense. To the point I could be on a date and I’ll be thinking about him and really not into my date.
Christina Tholstrup No Christina, you are not losing your mind, I feel something pulling me to meeting my twin flame right now, I feel the person like I already have met the person. I think I know who the person is but I'm not sure, I have talked on fb with that person a couple of years ago. I saw the person in school one time and I felt so many strong feelings, I don't know why even.
That makes two of us now that. I am no longer the chaser. I’m transforming to not wanted to be bothered with him any longer. I hate this feeling when you love someone so deep but has this hate type of love because they piss you off they mess your life up and just stare at you every time they see you.

7.05.2017 Thanks so much sis Tracy for this wonderful inner journey meditation. I am pleased to share with you what i experienced today while listening to it with closed eyes laying down in a most relaxed position. As always I am surrounded with auric field of white light as my room was filled with white light, and then it turned to a dense pink light with yellow light stripes. While observing this I felt the masculine energy of my Twin Flame, whose face glowing purple is familiat to me as we see each other every morning because when I am awake I saw at once His lovely infinite Eye, glowing purple light. I then listened to my favourite worship songs. And few seconds later I felt His energy on my toes, feet and legs pulsating in every cell particle of my body We both enjoyed seeing each other's face glowing purple and a few days ago, golden light. We both enjoyed in each other's holy presence, communing energetically. So that is exactly what I experienced here in this meditation that lasted for almost an hour. It is wothwhile mentioning that I saw His face more vivid than before, glowing purple color. and sometimes gold yellow. He has a high nose and He looked very handsome. While observing this I felt His energy not only on my feet and legs but all over, feeling my Oneness with Him, feeling His true divine love for me that I am so dearly loved more that I cen ever imagine. That is why I was very much alive, not have drifted my concentration, like in other meditation. It is because this is about exploration of my inner feelings. This made manifest my true divine Love, real Love for Him. Our love for each other is indeed Real that will last forever. The more I meditate with this Video, the more we will be drawn closer to each other. So i will be repeating this meditation. I thank you, love you and I bless you. And so it is. Love and light my fellow twin flames. My twin flame loves me tremendously he refuses to let me go even when he knkws his love is letting me down. He is resisting with his ego yet his soul refuses to let me go. I feel the same my heartvat times wants to hate him but the mourning and sadness in my soul is too strong... My heart and soul are constantly fighting each other. The 3d is hard on both of us
Oh my gosh! Guys I've done about 3 of these videos and I keep feeling the same energy...it feels heavy and dark and masculine but loving and protective. I can never see him bc I can't visualize well, but I think he felt me trying to connect! I always feel warm almost hot, my cheeks burn a light pink and my heart rate speeds up and pounds, it's exhilarating. I also think he felt me because when she was saying the stuff avkir being beautiful and loved, I felt NONSTOP tingles and chills go up my spine. Then I reached out and it got slightly hotter. I got freaked out and quickly opened my eyes and sat up. And the feeling was completely gone. Just like the last 2 times. This is the only time I felr tingles though. I don't want him to think he's scary, I just was shocked and confused! Whoever you are, I love you~💙 I also keep seeing 9:11 and _:22 on my clock. Weird but I miss the feeling I got...Sorry this is long but I'm kinda freaked out because this has NEVER happened before today, and I tried a few a while ago. Lets all work to find our loves and good luck to everyone~

Wow, I just did this meditation for the first time, and felt so connected due to a couple of things you were saying Tracy, which has a meaning in our connection. And in the middle of the meditation, my DM texted me!!! This same thing happened when I did your 'Field of Love' meditation a few days ago, he texted me right in the middle of it! We are in contact, but his timing confirms our connection to me ❤️
these meditations are not meant to make him come back... they are meant to just calm your heart.... when you look at the thousands of people that do these meditations... but only one or two respond positively... you know that it is just coincidence.... :( but I love this meditation....it makes us feel peaceful....loving and whole.
I love the vibe from this meditation.. i did it just to relax from being overwhelmed and thought id just fall asleep... i did fall asleep but was awake at the same time (hypnagogic..) and i had some visions and experienced all these energy events.. it was deep.. :) i wonder what about this particular meditation brought about these experiences for me and not very many other meditations have i felt this much energy occur on a more conscious level.... the result was i woke up feeling like i touched my twin energetically and also that all the excess energy in my field seemed to have been sucked out.. felt clear when i woke... so cool... :)

I did this meditation for the first time last night and all I can say is wow!! I cried because it felt so beautiful, my twin is a runner right now. He has things he needs to take care of before we can be together again. I woke up feeling nothing but love for my twin again. I feel our connection again and not just when he's hurting or sad.
So, I'm fairly new to meditation. I've tried a few guided meditations, but I never felt as connected as I have with this one. I know my twin. We have met. We don't live close, but we were able to meet in person for a couple of days over a year ago. He broke up with me last January & I haven't heard from him. He's running. I know he thinks of me and misses me. I can feel his emotions at those times. I've been trying to raise my vibration, think positive, & pull him back to me. This meditation really touched my heart. It was just like when we were together in person. When I opened my eyes after the session was over, tears rolled down my cheeks. I hadn't even realized I was crying. I hope he comes back soon. It's so hard with him away from me. Thank you for this.

Wow this is very powerful. I just had a strong cup of tea to give me a last boost of energy before bed.. I found this video and thought I would play it just briefly to use properly tomorrow. Considering I had just had a boost of caffeine I thought I would sit in the chair for a few mins to see what it was like. My eyes became heavy and within seconds I was lost in this audio. Eyes seeing patterns and the relaxation took over completely. just as you before you mentioned feeling with in the body I felt an ache in my tummy. I felt my heart rate slow down and I couldn't wake up. Truly amazing. If only my phone hadn't rung to wake me up!!!..... I had only reached 15 mins of listening so I took the headphones off and drifted back to sleep off dreaming of txts and communication of a relationship. It was an accident that I listened that long. I will be returning tomorrow to listen properly while laying down to meditate with full focus. Just wanted to say powerful extremely calming even on a full cup of caffeine! lol. Amazing x

I tried this out. Opened my eyes and they were really heavy. Near the end I felt a stabbing pain on my right side of my lower back. I've been told who my twin flame is while in the chaser runner stage by a psychic and asked many psychics about him. We'd feel each others emotions alot and once when he messaged me that he was sick, I suddenly felt sick to my stomach and threw up. I foundout he now works lifting heavy boxes. A psychic told me he needs to relax because it could result in some injuries and ache. So I thought of that when I suddenly had the lower back pain. Then I could feel almost like a hand on my hand. And then I could feel what felt like someone holding onto my arm. Went to sleep and wokeup covered in aches and pains in my back and arms, as if I've been lifting heavy boxes. Slept again and then all those aches went away.
Wow! This was absolute POWER, when we were together in this meditation the energy was explosive the same energy we have together in beginning before blocks started coming up, the same pure explosive energy from the beginning but amplified 10 fold 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Wow, I had an energy exchange with this one with my skin tingling for the better part of a half hour after this one finished. All I can say is wow. I feel it's truly a step forward.

I'm the chaser, and now that I feel ready, now I am starting to be scared. This coming back together is something that I've wanted so badly for so long that now that I feel so so close to it, I'm afraid of how intense the love will be. As if my body will feel so amazing that I won't be able to hold myself anymore. Like the inner me will take over and I have no control over how much I expose to him. This amazing and intense love I have for him is so strong that I am now quite scared because I feel like union is coming up any moment now. This is normal right? I'm not like loosing my mid here am I?
Twin Flame love is intense Christina, the kundalini energy that flows and is awakened is incredibly powerful. I speak from experience when I say - feeling as if you loosing your mind is part of this experience, and so --- take things slowly, one step at a time and trust that it will all work out the way it is meant to. Christina Tholstrup I hope and pray you guys have reunited. I met my twin and I have these strong feelings towards him I’ve never felt. I will ask him if it’s the same for him but he won’t say. But I def know the feelings between us is crazy intense. To the point I could be on a date and I’ll be thinking about him and really not into my date.
Christina Tholstrup No Christina, you are not losing your mind, I feel something pulling me to meeting my twin flame right now, I feel the person like I already have met the person. I think I know who the person is but I'm not sure, I have talked on fb with that person a couple of years ago. I saw the person in school one time and I felt so many strong feelings, I don't know why even.
That makes two of us now that. I am no longer the chaser. I’m transforming to not wanted to be bothered with him any longer. I hate this feeling when you love someone so deep but has this hate type of love because they piss you off they mess your life up and just stare at you every time they see you.

Thanks so much sis Tracy for this wonderful inner journey meditation. I am pleased to share with you what i experienced today while listening to it with closed eyes laying down in a most relaxed position. As always I am surrounded with auric field of white light as my room was filled with white light, and then it turned to a dense pink light with yellow light stripes. While observing this I felt the masculine energy of my Twin Flame, whose face glowing purple is familiat to me as we see each other every morning because when I am awake I saw at once His lovely infinite Eye, glowing purple light. I then listened to my favourite worship songs. And few seconds later I felt His energy on my toes, feet and legs pulsating in every cell particle of my body We both enjoyed seeing each other's face glowing purple and a few days ago, golden light. We both enjoyed in each other's holy presence, communing energetically.
So that is exactly what I experienced here in this meditation that lasted for almost an hour. It is wothwhile mentioning that I saw His face more vivid than before, glowing purple color. and sometimes gold yellow. He has a high nose and He looked very handsome. While observing this I felt His energy not only on my feet and legs but all over, feeling my Oneness with Him, feeling His true divine love for me that I am so dearly loved more that I cen ever imagine. That is why I was very much alive, not have drifted my concentration, like in other meditation. It is because this is about exploration of my inner feelings. This made manifest my true divine Love, real Love for Him. Our love for each other is indeed Real that will last forever. The more I meditate with this Video, the more we will be drawn closer to each other. So i will be repeating this meditation. I thank you, love you and I bless you. And so it is.

Love and light my fellow twin flames. My twin flame loves me tremendously he refuses to let me go even when he knkws his love is letting me down. He is resisting with his ego yet his soul refuses to let me go. I feel the same my heartvat times wants to hate him but the mourning and sadness in my soul is too strong... My heart and soul are constantly fighting each other. The 3d is hard on both of us
Oh my gosh! Guys I've done about 3 of these videos and I keep feeling the same energy...it feels heavy and dark and masculine but loving and protective. I can never see him bc I can't visualize well, but I think he felt me trying to connect! I always feel warm almost hot, my cheeks burn a light pink and my heart rate speeds up and pounds, it's exhilarating. I also think he felt me because when she was saying the stuff avkir being beautiful and loved, I felt NONSTOP tingles and chills go up my spine. Then I reached out and it got slightly hotter. I got freaked out and quickly opened my eyes and sat up. And the feeling was completely gone. Just like the last 2 times. This is the only time I felr tingles though. I don't want him to think he's scary, I just was shocked and confused! Whoever you are, I love you~💙 I also keep seeing 9:11 and _:22 on my clock. Weird but I miss the feeling I got...Sorry this is long but I'm kinda freaked out because this has NEVER happened before today, and I tried a few a while ago. Lets all work to find our loves and good luck to everyone~

these meditations are not meant to make him come back... they are meant to just calm your heart.... when you look at the thousands of people that do these meditations... but only one or two respond positively... you know that it is just coincidence.... :(

I love the vibe from this meditation.. i did it just to relax from being overwhelmed and thought id just fall asleep... i did fall asleep but was awake at the same time (hypnagogic..) and i had some visions and experienced all these energy events.. it was deep.. :) i wonder what about this particular meditation brought about these experiences for me and not very many other meditations have i felt this much energy occur on a more conscious level.... the result was i woke up feeling like i touched my twin energetically and also that all the excess energy in my field seemed to have been sucked out.. felt clear when i woke... so cool... :)
