I felt so happy during this. I can't explain it, I was nearly hyperventilating. When I pressed that higher heart button I literally gasped. It feels so good

I started crying uncontrolably which I've never experienced while meditating before and felt a ton of love and a weird kind of knowing that the struggles in my life right now are going to lead to something good, thank you for this.

My higher self is so silly and fun. She sang out "yesssssssss!" Oh my I laughed. I'm recognizing that the pink golden sparkly energy that I tap into while meditating is my higher self ✨️ 😌 💖 thank you! Love your meditations.

I saw my higher self energy, she is powerful, and she is purple! Full of light for me, she moves a lot too, but I can see her forming so I can see her properly, it is my first time seeing her, so I shivered everywhere when I saw her coming. It was beautiful, I stayed with her for an extra 5 minutes after the video was done. It was beautiful.
As a recovering alcoholic & addict- the action of todays reading was to take 20-30 minutes to connect consciously with Higher Power, the start of a daily routine.
I found this higher self to be supportive and not to have made too hard terms with self.

Thats awesome! Sober since 5/20/2020 myself. Keep taking those daily actions with that solid morning routine and u will see how your life changes. Step 11 i believe for me it sets me off in the right direction everyday and since i started a morning routine some years ago it keeps me steady and true throughout each day. You are not alone!

I feel the sprit in my body is getting light, almost about to leave the physical body. The light above me is getting brighter towards the end of meditation. I actually saw myself shaking hands like we had an agreement and smiling. I feel very much at peace after this experience.
My higher self looks just like me but happier, smiles more and has a sense of calm peaceful energy. She has a mother energy to her ❤ Something I struggle with in my life is self sabotage, ive been listening to this every morning the last 4 days and its been helping me make better and healthier decisions.
I loved this experience. I have never felt like this while meditating. I was able to see myself from within, from above, all around. Dedicated every breath to be selfishly happy with who I am. Thank you thank you.

i startled bawling uncontrollably tears of happiness. I realized how badly i’ve been treating myself and my higher self doesn’t want that for me. it needs me to unconditionally love myself and celebrate the small wins.

I loved this meditation. Right on time
I spent most of this wondering what does all that mean? Am I going to feel something? Suddenly think differently? I didn't know what to expect. But by the end, it felt like a hug. It was so calming. I'm 16, the time when everything goes so fast and you want to gain everything you dream of as fast as possible, and this made me slow down a bit, and feel some love for myself. It was, still is, like something, somebody tells me I'm doing all well. It was nice. When the video ended I sat there for a minute trying to figure out what happened to me. Thank you

OMG!!!!! My higher self is INCREDIBLE! First of all I was crying so much, but when we connected and she was in me, she was channelling through my throat chakra (I could tell she wanted to speak because I started coughing then I was humming) then she started SHOUTING SO LOUDLY "YOU ARE POWERFUL, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. "YOU", "YOU", "YOU" and after this meditation ended she was still with me. Then she settled in me and we became one. I started to say "I am powerful and I can do anything". I am now newly motivated, inspired, determined AND STRONGER THAN EVER to serve my soul mission. I was strong before but I didn't realise I still had more strength to gain! Dammmnnnn, I wish I recorded what happened, it was WOWWWWWW!!! We sounded like a combination of Viola Davis and Mufasa from Lion King 😂😂😂 The funny thing was we started shaking hands between each other (my left hand shook my right) just seconds before the meditation asked haha Thank you so nuch for this meditation, this has been my most powerful one yet! (I was activated 1/11/2023)
I had a really crappy night. Didnt sleep and i neeeded this so much. Im trying to shake off what I cant change. What i want to do is to sleep peacefully since this eased my running mind. I thank u for these posts. 🙏👍

Thank you for this! you are open to it, I got a bit of feedback. You ask us to ask two questions, one at 8:43 yet then there is only five seconds of silence before you move on to the next instructions starting at 8:49. A similar thing happens with the higher self question at 8:54. I would love at least 10 seconds of quiet time to sink into the answer more before the next instruction. Btw, I made meditation videos and teach yoga and meditation and I'm still learning to put more stillness time in. Thanks for reading and for your offerings!

This was perfect for me. Lately, I've been working on myself and I've been wondering who I truly am? Who is my highest version? After years of lying and masking, I lost all of my sense of self. I'm now trying to unravel all this and understand my authentic self. It's hard and at times I'm doubtful but this meditation helped me find a little bit of my real self, it worked so well to the point where tears started streaming down my checks and still are at this very moment. These are literal tears of joy and realisation. Thank you, you've helped me unlock some part of me. I'm forever grateful.
