A Previous Contractor Gave up Refinishing this Oak - We Re-did His Work

This red oak was refinished two weeks ago by a facebook hardwood floor contractor, for a low cost. He failed by leaving edger marks near the walls, contaminated his finish with dust and messed up board replacement repairs. Luckily, the low-cost contractor refunded our client and we were hired to fix this... by redoing the floor sanding from scratch, this time applying the correct stain colour ("Antique Brown"). A beautiful transformation and a happy client.
