Welcome to Niagara Floor Refinishing where we make your floor great again. In this video, we are sanding oak hardwood floors at a BnB in Niagara-on-the-lake, Ontario, Canada. There was a new install of prefinished oak in the hallway, pre-existing prefinished oak in the dining room and natural white oak in the 2 other rooms. We sanded all floors down to raw wood in preparation for staining - client had chosen an amazing colour for this floor - chestnut - great choice! Turned out amazing - a very warm brown stain, topped by Bona's Amber Seal and Bona's Mega one matte, for a total of 3 protective floor coatings. Beautiful!
