That last move from Kevin is wild 🔥🔥🤣🤣
Karma is the real B-word, because this company tanked like Titanic within months of this deal and Robert actually saved his 100k.
Not surprised
Daymond was roasting on Robert 😂
Why isn't her husband there doing the pitch if he owns most of the company?
He’s with his gf
Beta
Because he is the alpha of the family. He is busy earning money from other ventures. He knows that a family's income can't be dependent on a sole source.
@@DOC_951 No one asked about the plot of your autobiography my friend. False projection is a sin.
@@Antivenom932 do you actually think and talk like this? So weird.
Damon went hamm on Robert😂😂
10% vs 50% and he is not even here for the pitch. Girl need some reality check.
I see it like a proof of respect and trust
@@Madala412seems like proof a dominance …time will tell. He has incentive to divorce when her use is over…
he is her husband. the leader of the family. modern feminists and feminized men dont get that concept. how sad
@@fingersmcoy guessing you’re a woman 😂
@@fingersmcoy If he was leading his family he'd be providing for them off the back of his OWN idea, not his wife's.
Toygaroo went out of business in approximately a year after this episode. What was a major problem? Too many investors and too many competing opinions in the decision making process.
Nope it was a scam!!
Saw a podcast where Cuban said they would give advice and she didn’t follow it. 🤷
No big toy company would ever want to operate on this business model because it means consumers are buying less toys. Common sense! Therefore O'Leary was not the right partner. Mark and Robert should have been the choice with their tech power.
It is not true...
Daymond was acting like he was still on the streets on brookly selling hats at the end 😂😅 just started cookin robert for no reason 😂😅😂
Kevin casually shreds Robert - "There's a whole industry of guys like this" lmao
This company folded. Karma came for Kevin and Mark. Robert got the last laugh!
In the early seasons mark did team up with Kevin a few times (like this and the nasal blocking tech) I think mark learned his lesson after that I can’t think of them doing any deals together for years now haha
How is that karma? Stfu
I would have made her an offer contingent on her equalling out her equity share with her husband.
i hate the lack of music in this season
What? How do you not hear the music in the background the whole time lol
@@DOC_951 Sarcasm
She seems too sweet meaning her family took advantage of her 😂
I know business is business, It seems like Mark's actions were quite harsh and affected Robert. It's unfortunate that business went down, but it seems like justice was served for Robert in the end.
well, Robert is not as "jolly" as he tries to look. He has the most sharkiest offers and behind those forced smiles hides a tyrannical face. Kevin's offers are a little too much because he wants to make money for himself first, but Robert wants to OWN A CHUNK of businesses others make, which is far worse.
Probably the best and greatest example of being thrown under a bus. Classic
Why is robert so serious about this 😂😂😂 he is so pained
Robert got slimed out 😂😂😂😂
I felt sooo sorry for Robert!
Wild how much the quality of the programming has changed.
Kevin did dirty with robert😂
She stole the money and ran the business under, so Kevin screwed himself. Mark was already screwed
Her husband should’ve been there for this big moment ! & Robert at the end 😂 hurt
For those that don’t know, this company failed. In an interview, one of the sharks says it was due to poor execution and management.
Finally!! This is the episode I've been waiting for from u guys
Kevin is my favorite
Toygaroo went out of business a year later. WOMP WOMP
Has anyone noticed in the older episodes Robert did not have his own identity and was always trying to copy Marks opinion lol
😂 daymond reacted exactly how i did
Btw enjoy your breakfast everyone!
robert punchin the air xD
she only owns 10% Kevin & Marc own 35%
I would never sign or use such a service for my dog let alone my kids.
Go play with your toys 🧸 Robert 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Your husband should at MOST own equal shares. This is YOUR company, not his! I worry about someone that says 'I dunno' when they're asked about the financial decision making.
I thought no one was gonna go for a deal 😂
Wow they went all in on a subscription toy business.😮
Daymond is a savage
Wow that’s a twist !!
UPDATE:
Although the Sharks were confident in the business model, ToyGaroo went out of business less than a year after the episode aired. So, what happened to ToyGaroo? From various interviews and analysis, it appears that the business simply grew too quickly.
In the end, it came down to costs, specifically toy purchasing and shipping. First, the company was unable to secure deals with toy makers to purchase toys wholesale-Smy said that Kevin O'Leary's promised connections to the toy industry never materialized. Second, the company couldn't agree on a shipping plan. ToyGaroo originally offered free shipping. After "Shark Tanks decision-makers wanted to start charging for shipping. Smy says that Cuban's team overruled them, since paid shipping wasn't what they'd signed up for. When ToyGaroo's decision-makers realized that there was no feasible way to continue their company, they decided to shut it down. Cuban's team did offer to buy out the company, but ToyGaroo declined.
why wouldnt you sell it if you're going to just just it down?
Look how young they are… Father Time is a bitch
I hope she makes it
There is nothing like shark tank
I feel bad for Robert; he looked so abandoned :(
I don't get it why these entrepreneurs are willing to give so much of their shares. For example in my company's funding round we gave only 5%, just need to find right investors. These sharks are making ridiculous offers pretty much every time.
These early deals were rough. 35% would’ve been 25 or even 20% more recently.
And u had to give 5% to shark tank
Welp they went out of business, now she selling organic jelly for kids the husband is a supervisor at home depot
She's placing a lot of trust that her marriage is going to last. Women and men should be more smart about this.
Karma is a B because apparently she took the money and business ran under. Robert dodged the biggest bullet.
Any updates?
The company went out of business a year after this aired.
Yeah they never going to forget Kevin for it being one of the worst deals ever for Mattel and lost them hundreds of millions. On top of the cost for his widely overpriced company who was on the verge of going out of business until leadership at Mattel made that blunder.
Kevin and Mark lost a decent money on this investment. It was as total BUST.
Robert didn't deserve that :(
oh no robert
The way her husband played her into only giving her 10% should be seen as spousal abuse 🤦🏾♂
We don't know the whole story. Maybe the husband invested a lot more money into it. You know, it's one thing to come up with a business idea, it's another to fund the business
Her company failed less than a year after this episode..
Ok.
SAVAGE!!
+Aura Mr.Wonderful
grait buissnes model bad payment structure due to it hard asset simplicity of toys. hard asset buissneses that cashflows with rental fees are the way to go. the problem is one and thats why the buissnes faild. the structure was wrong because when you have a hard asset buissnes you never charge a fixed subscription. you need to rent the asset on its own. simply because you have a rental you rent it if a new customer requests for a rental you can tell them that we dont have an availble rental for now there is a waiting list. this company had monthly subscription wich ment that ither someone ordered toys or not they would pay. thus the company didnt have the right to tell them we are out of rental invitory. so basicly they deluted all there cashflow for buying toys to fullfill there subscription model and ended up compelety deluted.
THIS WAS EXACTLY JUST LIKE THE MOVIE💀💀
TOY STORY IRL😭😭😭
Jesus. Having more than 3 kids is absolutely selfish…but 11?! That’s what I got out of this presentation…..
😂😂😂
Company went bankrupt after trying to expand into adult toys.
You fr?

This product fails, because though its trying to be eco friendly, no GOOD parent wants their children to use old second hand toys.
there’s many cheap parents out there
There is a local organization here that does this. 45$ a year and you can borrow 15 toys/board games/puzzles etc for 30 days. Return them and borrow more. It works and is extremely popular. Buying toys takes up space and is expensive.
Sorry ahh husband
