Years ago I used to make omelets in the microwave only I woud put eggs ham and cheese all in one small bowl mix it up cover it with saran wrap and stick in microwave and in 1 min I would have my omelette. I do like your dish for making it I'm just to lazy to do all the steps.I really like your muffin tin idea.Take care.

Yum that looked delicious! You should get some Melatonin. It's natural and you will sleep. I use it myself. I take the 1gram and I sleep real good and wake up refreshed. Wal-Mart has it where the vitamins are. Much love to you.
