    What a tremendous acceleration and power from a standing start! Neither Lewis, Kenny nor Lockyer had that. It must have made him a very dangerous player in any game. Also seemed to combine well with Raudonikis who had no hesitation in throwing him the ball.

    Langlands Fulton. They think they make footballers like this today. They don't.

    2:00 - that " Bennett " missing the tackle on Fulton would be Wayne Bennett, the current NRL coach. It was all about Wayne Bennett in Queensland club rugby league in those days.

    5:22 - Sydney versus Country in 1974, Allan McMahon stopping Fulton. McMahon did play for Country in 1974, but, of course, not the following year when Country did a famous win over Sydney.
