Be still my heart ♡♡♡ How do I love this video, this technique, the making of this extraordinary confection? Let me count the ways....... ♡ ♡ ♡
I would love to use these for beeswax ornaments. Looks like the beeswax would run over the sides though
Love this.
Louis, what kind of material are they made of? Is this silicone or plastic?
a resin compound
Where can I find the Änis paradise Springerle recipe ? Thank you for the video. I learned a lot
There are some recipes on their website: www.springerle.com/en_recipes.html I found the important thing is that you don‘t bake them for too long/at too high a temperature or else they will become hard quite quickly. In my experience, it just takes time to get to know your oven well enough for your springerle to come out perfect every time.
where does she get the "sch" sound in Springerlee.
German sound.
That's how it's pronounced in Swiss-German.
Old German dialect. ‘Sch’ As in ‘
Schneider.’
It's Schwedish!
Sp in German is pronounced Schp :-)
